Great experience. What I had wanted has been done, which my app approved for production access. Whenever I had a question, Mr. Ahamed was very fast to get back to me.

I am really happy with the team, i applied blindly from india and paying without knowing them, but they are really good, replied whenever i texted in whatsapp, always heard my need, stayed a extra day until google enable production, and happily ,google approved my app. Thank you to the team.

As far as I could see, 14 accounts were set up, but only 1 downloaded the app and communicated with me. After the first 3days I heard nothing and went to a competitor for their program.

Hi, thanks for sharing your feedback. We take this seriously, but I’m a little confused by your experience. According to our testing records, the assigned testers did download the app, so I’m not sure which app or testing campaign you’re referring to.
There are also cases where testers may not be able to access an app because of availability, invitation, country, or other access restrictions. We publish notices about such issues on our website and also communicate important testing-related issues by email.
We also didn’t receive any message from you during the testing period about testers not downloading the app or becoming inactive. If you had contacted us at the time, we would have been happy to investigate and take action.

Excellent service. I needed 12 testers for Google Play closed testing and TesterBee delivered fast — testers were accessing the app within hours and communication over WhatsApp was quick and helpful throughout. The setup with the Google Group was straightforward and worked exactly as described. Very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend for anyone stuck on the 12 testers / 14 days requirement.
