The process was very easy to do, and the results were very informative, I have had a follow up email and I would defiantly recommend Testme Health.

When I went to Testme Inverness the results of the blood test confirmed what I was told 20 years ago when I attended a kinesiologist. When the results came back highting Gluten and Dairy I was not surprised. It was not any great difficulty to cut out gluten and dairy products, as I did it 18 years ago when I was 47. I stuck with it for ten years feeling a massive improvement in my all round health and after that period of abstention I slowly introduced both products gradually into my diet. I thought my body had fixed the overloading of dairy and wheat products, and I think it had. As usual when you go back to something that you stop eating or drinking then you over indulge like the proverbial alcoholic. The careless eating was affecting me in many different ways weight gain and feeling asthmatic when I lay down to sleep at night.
Since I got my results back from the lab I have cut out all traces of dairy and gluten and dairy and am already feeling the benefits.
So far I have relayed my experience of Testme to three people my social circle and all three want to do the blood test.

I recently completed the TESTme Health 3-Month Study, which involved a simple finger-prick blood test to analyse potential food intolerances, and overall I found the experience very straightforward.

The testing process itself was easy to follow. The kit arrived with clear instructions, and although I was a little apprehensive about doing a finger-prick at home, it was quick and manageable. Packaging and return of the sample were also simple, which made the whole process feel well organised.

Having stomach issues for years I must admit I was a wee bit sceptical if an an intolerance test would make a difference but the result has transformed things for me. No more nausea or upset tummies.

I recently purchased the youth test at home kit for food intolerances for my daughter. The whole process was very straightforward and the results came through quickly and were very easy to understand (for her as well which was important)

Recently had intolerance testing for our 4yr old daughter.

Iona was great at communicating from the first email enquiry to after blood results.

Within the first week of eliminating certain foods (early days I know) we have seen amazing difference in our daughter.
She is less bloated, having normal bowel movements, stopped saying her tummy is sore and has been finishing meals.

As a family we are enjoying wheat and dairy free alternatives together.

We are still navigating and learning about alternatives options. Having Iona's support and handbook has been a great help.

I recently visited Iona at Testme Health after decades of accepting my stomach issues were normal to discover that they aren’t. I have a number of intolerances and deficiencies of which Iona took me through and explained in a simplistic manner to help me understand and provided lots of useful information. A month down the line and already I am seeing a huge improvement, not nearly as bloated, big improvement on sleeping and adjusting well to my new eating habits. I visited Iona at TESTme a few months ago after finally accepting that I would have to go back to basics and see if the food I was eating was a contributing factor to my health issues. My suspicions were confirmed on testing as showed intolerances to various food groups. Iona provided me with informative literature to help me get started. Within days of changing my diet, the bloating (which I had long accepted as being normal) had disappeared and now months later, energy levels have improved greatly, I'm sleeping better and residual swelling in my joints from Inflammatory arthritis has subsided. The advice we received has been absolutely priceless, both of us, now 9 months on feel so so much better, in our physical bodies, our gut health and energy levels, along with one thing in particular.. My husband had very bad asthma since he was a young child and needed inhalers constantly, he now barely even uses one, this is life changing for him and i no longer hear him wheezing, coughing etc.

I went on a return trip to TESTme in Sept24 with my husband as he was having health problems. Hoping Iona can sort him out as she did me!
I went to Iona in June 2023 (over a year ago) suffering from migraines every fortnight which lasted 2-3 days. Having had every avenue explored by the doctor, including a brain scan, being told it is probably my age, etc., a friend then recommended Iona at TESTme Health. As anyone who suffers from migraines knows, one will try anything to stop them. Following the consultation and allergy test with Iona, I immediately went home and changed my diet - no dairy, no eggs and no gluten. To say it has been life-changing is an understatement. I've not had a migraine since - have had the odd headache when I didn't read the labels and consumed something which contained gluten. I am fine with eggs now, having introduced them into my diet after 6mths. I've had dairy these past 4mths but only if I am out in a restaurant. Definitely not gluten as that is the root cause of my migraines from the one or two pitfalls I've had since June 2023. Well worth the trip and money which is why I have my husband attending this month so sort his health problems out too.
