I filed my divorce on 1/16/26 using TX Online Divorce and overall had a positive experience.

One thing TX Online Divorce does very well is providing updated documents when revisions are needed. My divorce forms were updated several times throughout the process based on my requests, which was extremely helpful. Amanda was amazing—professional, patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when she became involved.

The main area I believe could be improved is response time. There were occasions when email responses were delayed, and I often had to make multiple follow-up calls before receiving updates. Additionally, some phone representatives occasionally sounded frustrated or irritable when I called repeatedly to check on the status of my case.

Despite those challenges, I ultimately received the assistance I needed, and my requested revisions were completed. My divorce was filed with the court on 6/4/26, and TX Online Divorce played an important role in helping me navigate the process on my own.

I would recommend TX Online Divorce to anyone considering a do-it-yourself divorce. Their document preparation services, willingness to make revisions, and overall support provided good value and helped make a complicated process more manageable.

The process was easy and simple. The information to fill out was not complicated, which was great. The other party had originally agreed to sign and then when he got the notification of the email to review he refused. I was not sure how long he would be allowed to hold the process up for not conducting the review. However, it wasn’t long, about 7 days I believe. I was relieved. I got notified he didn’t review or sign, and got two options: 1) send notification again and allow 7 more days or 2) proceed forward. Option 2 it was. Paying the court fee was easy - Zelle or money order. The money order is simple - Zelle would have been faster but I couldn’t remember if I switched my number/email for Zelle so I selected money order. It got there within a week. And the following day of arrival I got notified my official documentation was successful submitted to the court. Now I patiently wait for the other party to sign and or proceed forward again if he doesn’t, to finalize this divorce. I’m ready to move forward with my life.
I have been through so much and under a lot of stress. The overall process did not make me worried or add more stress.
