Zero support and no recurring credits as promised

This was such a great product when I purchased it back in 2022. However, they do not live up to their promises. My lifetime deal (purchased through Stack Social on 7/13/22) was to include "50,000 characters monthly for life." Those 50,000 characters were never added. I messaged support several times and never got an answer back. Here now in 2026 I tried to login and discovered that they had “upgraded” the legacy platform to a brand‑new, feature‑rich app. I followed their steps and supposedly a team member was going to migrate my account. This never happened. Again, my many messages to support never got answered. All I got was an automatic welcome message signed by DaVinci AI team when I followed their migration steps. So now not only do I not get the credits I was promised but I have lost ALL of the data I had in that account. It really was a great app and it is very sad that someone would go through all the trouble to create a great product but then totally neglect the people who put their trust in them in the first place. And then wipe their data with no way to log in again.

Customer service is non existent

Customer service is non existent. Don’t even bother. I bought a lifetime deal from stacksocial.com. Got my code and everything for lifetime access. But I end up with a free limited account. I reached out to Textalky. They don’t have a phone number. Only a messaging app which is fine with me. A lot of companies use customer service via messaging and most issues are resolved that way. It’s been 3 days nothing. Even though their customer service is supposed to be open and they have 24 hours to respond. I contacted stack social, they responded but said they will figure out what’s going on. I got receipts and everything.
Now I will just have to do a charge back from y credit card.

Ipurchased a lifetime plan from…

Ipurchased a lifetime plan from Textalky in 2023 for USD 47.
Recently, the service stopped working as advertised and key features are no longer available. I contacted the company twice via email with a detailed explanation of the issue but received no response at all.
I understand that technical issues can happen, but complete lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for a paid “lifetime” product.
I am still open to resolving this matter and updating my review if the company provides a clear explanation or a solution.
Until then, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

I purchased a lifetime subscription…

I purchased a lifetime subscription four years ago. Unfortunately, I have never received a response to any of my support requests.

Recently, the company moved to a new platform, and I lost all of my previous work and remaining credit. I have submitted two separate requests for migration but have not received any reply.

While the platform itself is decent, the lack of customer support makes it hard to recommend. You may be better off considering a different provider.

Oh, I think it is a Shell Company as they are not located at the address listed on their website nor can you contact via that office.

Just like everyone else, I have an old lifetime account that needed migrating. No matter how many tickets you send and how many times you reply, the tickets just remain open and no one ever looks at them.

Very bad!

I’m giving only 1 star. I purchased a lifetime account with unlimited access, but suddenly my unlimited features were removed and I can no longer use what I paid for. I emailed their support three times and never received a single reply. I even waited two months before posting this negative review, hoping they would respond. A lifetime subscription should stay lifetime, yet I was left without access and without any support. Very disappointing.

A-MAZING!

I've been using TextTalky for several years for voice-to-text, and it's been great for my needs. They added many other features and AI functions, including video and image generation, so they are investing in the app. I like the new UI/UX, especially with the added features. The customer service is phenomenal, too, in responding to and resolving my issues.

"Textalky" Scammer Alert!

"Textalky" They are a scammer!! Guys, please don't waste your money. I purchased their Lifetime deal and now I'm not getting my access. They don't have any support members. It's been almost 30 days since I created support ticket and also emailed them. Still no response from their end. So please don't waste your money...

DO NOT BUY!!!

I am in the same boat as a lot of others who had to "migrate" their old account to the new platform. IMHO it just seemed a way of conveniently losing the credits that I still had (over 600k of them).

Their customer service is a joke. Sent in a ticket on the 6th of October and still waiting to hear back. I've given it up as a lost cause.

About the product itself- some voices are pretty good. But if you record more than a few sentences (not even close to approaching the limit, mind you)- it will cut off at the end and the platform will keep your credits. Good luck trying to get them back because, as I have already stated, their customer service is a joke.

Update: I finally have access, but did not get my balance back. Seirously doubt I ever will :(. Those reading this can see how they lossed over the missing credits. Still stand by my rating of this company.

Scammers

Scammers. They clearly stated the offer details. A week later they claim a "huge" update caused the features I had paid for to become inactive. Multiple emails later they ghosted me and never fixed the service. I had to go to my bank and process a chargeback to get my money back.
