I am very confused by this site
I am very confused by this site. Each book that I’m trying to sell is only worth about .30 and it says there is a 30 book maximum but you need to have a $20 minimum. So it seems impossible to sell books here. Some of the books are pretty new and were worth much more on other sites too-like $5-$10 more. There are some books that I have that will only sell here but it seems there is no way I’ll be able to sell them if I can only get .30 per book.

Thanks for taking the time to lay this out, and fair point on the math. If most of your books are coming in around 34 cents, you won’t be able to reach the order minimum with those alone, and we should be clearer about that up front.
The minimum and the 30-item limit exist because shipping is prepaid. On low-value books, the label costs more than the books are worth to us. That’s why our support team suggested pairing them with higher-value titles. We pay $10 or more on tens of thousands of books, so one or two of those usually gets an order over the line.
Our offers also move often, so a book that’s low today may be worth more in a few weeks. If another buyback site is paying more for your books right now, selling there makes sense. We’d be glad to have you back if you have higher-value titles later.
You can sell your books to them but
You can sell your books to them, but they only offer 34 cents on most books. They require a $25 minimum value trade back with a max of 30 items per transaction. Fortunately, I am a math person so that means your average price for each item would need to be 83 cents, which is more than double what they offer on average. I contacted them about this and their response was sell back was not intended for 34 cent books, that I needed to find some higher value books to send to them and the 34 cent books are supposed to supplement that order. Yeah, I'll just sell my books to the other book buy backs, you were only offering 11 cents more on most of these titles. There was nothing you offered more for than any other buy back either. I would avoid this in the future.

Easy, quick, and convenient
Used TextbookTiger to sell some textbooks I was no longer using. A lot easier than trying to find people to buy via student pages or Amazon. Just typed in the ISBN to see which books were eligible - much more intuitive than other sites. Plus, they sent a shipping label. Super easy and convenient
