The orders are OK the only problem i have, is they put an invisible subscription on your card and keep charging 30 USD $ Every month for NOTHING.
This is not OK and took med half a year to notice.
Unacceptable

We have fallen in love with the story telling books for our parents! Not only are they great quality but it makes for a great keepsake -- they have enjoyed writing their "story"! Highly recommend -- we are repeat buyers!

This website is a total scam. I placed an order for 4 books on June 28, 2025 and here it is September 22, 2025 and I have not received my order. When I look up the tracking number the order hasn't even been shipped out. I get emails with updates like they are actually working on the order, telling me it will be another 5-9 business days. I am also continuously being charged $30 a month when I have already paid for the books back when I first ordered them.

Tried to order 1 mom and 1 dad book. Mistakenly picked 2 different dad book (who knew??). Messaged them about the mix up, responded back offering to send me a mom book free of charge. Appreciate the quick response.

Scam. Overcharged and they ignore all emails.

Customer service and response time was great. I had an issue with my order. The issue was possibly with me making the wrong book order or there was an error during checkout. Either way, That Cove sorted out the issue and sent me the correct book. I paid a bit extra for the insurance in case anything happens to my order. That Cove team were good in sorting out the issue and my books were received. Good customer support and team, thank you!

Unknowing subed to a 40$ sub in ehoch no items were recived utter scam,
Items were late and poor quality.

They show father and mother books as if it's printed high quality just to find out that books are small, print quality is poor and mono colour.

I requested to return it from Toronto order. Item were shipped from Toronto but return address is China and not covered!!!

Bit disappointing for the quality, should be half the price of what's charged.

Been waiting since May for my order.
Says part delivered. Nothing has been delivered. Other comments indicate this is a possible scam site.

I had an issue with not receiving my package, instant email to them, they replied straight away! Solved it just like that and now I can’t wait for it to be delivered. They helped me and thank you again.

Dont buy here, they only scam customers

Very disappointing experience. The products didn’t live up to expectations, and when I tried to return them, I was told I had to ship them back to China at my own expense. The return shipping would have cost nearly the same as the items themselves (just a few books), so I had no real choice but to accept a small partial refund.

Customer service was slow and difficult to communicate with. I had to chase them several times just to get a basic answer. In the end, I lost most of my money and ended up with products I didn’t want. I definitely wouldn’t recommend shopping at That Cove.

Good product, slow shipping. But to be expected with a small business.

I paid 8 dollars rush shipping to find out the product is coming from China and it was never going to make it in time for fathers day. It took 29 days to come. There is no phone number to call. The customer service is trash. I would never recommend this scam that is disguslised as an American company. Don't give them your money, they are a garbage company.

For what i payed i expected real quality products, hard cover, nice books that will stand the tooth of time. Wasnt that some of the point? But theese are thin, thin books, pocket cover that wont last 5 years even. Nothing memorable, not memoir worthy.

There was a shipping issue with the shipper and that cove was easy to deal with they responded to the issue and corrected it right away. Very happy with the customer service and looking forward to receiving my order !

Shipping got delayed. Then when tracking my package it said it was delivered and it never was. I either want my package or my money back

What a great idea to secure the memories of loved ones for generations to come. Great product and customer service.
