Just had air con installed from That's Chill/Lets Get Aircon in our new build house as last summer was unbearable in the house. Sent an initial query to Ben the owner who very promptly got back to me and asked me loads of questions about what we needed and how we wanted the system to fit into our lives which was great. He recommended a split system for our house in the end which will both cool and heat the house, saving us on gas in the winter too!
He explained all the stages of the installation and ordering extremely well. Just paid a 10% deposit to secure the fitting date as these guys are in high demand! We were quoted the most competitive price too which is always a bonus!
Throughout the whole process Ben was available over WhatsApp to answer any questions I had which he always did very quickly (even when he was on holiday!) the fitters did an excellent job too and also took away all their mess which was a great help. They even worked longer hours and weekends to get out fit done!
Overall it's been a great experience dealing with Ben and the team and thanks for making it all so easy! Definitely recommend.

From start to finish the whole process was so easy. The call and follow up photos created the quote, the booking process (fortunately I got a cancellation so mine was brought forward) was easy. The fitters were 2 top blokes, worked tidy, ensured we were happy with everything and gave a demo on the 2 devices. I can not recommend enough!

Couldn’t recommend them enough! Ben was absolutely excellent throughout the whole process, helped with anything we needed any changes we wanted to make and was so friendly! Even called on the day to check in on things! The guys that installed our unit were great too again helped with any questions we had and just cracked on with it! We can now enjoy cool weather when it’s 40 degrees out thanks to that’s chill😂 we even got it a day earlier than expected as they had better availability which suited us more! They will absolutely work with what is best for you, fantastic company and a great experience for our first air con unit!
