I ordered 3 bales , anime tops Grade A, Columbia Fleeces Grade A, Dickes pants grade A, and more then half of all the items combined were damaged and I’m convinced the dickies pants are fake , I spent over 700 on them all together and haven’t made any profit, terrible wholesalers won’t buy from these again.

​I am beyond disappointed with my experience. I placed an order on March 29th, and as of today, I have still not received the item.
​What is even worse is the complete lack of customer service. I have tried reaching out multiple times—both via email and through the contact form on their website—to request a status update or a refund, and I have heard absolutely nothing back.
​It feels like my money has just disappeared. I strongly advise staying away from this shop until they learn how to actually fulfill orders and respond to their customers.

I ordered 2x 10 ralph lauren knit wear bundles.

When the order came at least 50% of it was grade B or had company embroidered on.

After emailing the company without a response I had to message them on social media… Eventually I got them to agree a return.

I packed the order up and paid £15 for next day delivery (tracked) the order arrived next day as expected.

I emailed over the receipt with the tracking number on and once again emailed when the parcel arrived.

They didn’t respond to any of my emails until I started talking about getting my bank involved for a charge back.

Eventually after i emailed multiple times they replied saying that there customer service was 3-5 business days and that i kept on emailing it pushed my emails to the bottom - funny how they replied straight away with the email that involved charge backs and further action

Dispute this they informed me the parcel arrived and the refund was processed. I knew the parcel had arrived as i tracked it, but now they confirmed they received it and had processed the refund. However, I checked with my bank if the refund had been processed (as i hadn’t received any money into my account yet) The refund hadn’t even been processed there end…

I was promised a refund for weeks, another week or more had gone by with no response. I emailed multiple times. Eventually I had no option but to contact my bank and start a charge back claim.

Even the bank couldn’t get in contact. Eventually I had a whatsapp contact to someone within the sellers “coaching group” who contacted him on my behalf. (he has been very helpful)

The seller told him that the parcel had only been delivered “yesterday” a complete lie as they told me on email that they received the items back over two weeks ago. He then said he couldn’t refund as the charge back was active. The charge back was active because they ignored all my emails, i gave them plenty of time to refund. They wanted me to cancel it so they could refund me. absolutely not

After all this it looks like the charge back has been approved there end. However my bank still hasn’t recovered my money. Very stranger that the bank is claiming back £290 and there showing me a charge back of £300.

I would avoid this company like the plague! low Quality stock. shocking customer service. Not a single apology.

Also they offer a coaching group at a cost that I wouldn’t recommend joining.

Orders 20 Ralph Lauren jumpers - meant to be graded AB.
6 of them were definitely graded at C.
I sent them an email and sent them photos and they agreed they were grade C and heard nothing back since to resolve this issue.
Will not be using this wholesaler again.

However there was no need to be, top notch stock better than you will get anywhere else which is also reasonably priced. Abseloute brilliant reseller and honestly just a top guy, brought a ralph lauren knit box from him and they came and the quality is so much better than other wholesalers i’ve seen
