I would rate less if I could part of my order was a 1/4 pound. Got an ounce. No response from customer service. Even paid the insurance. Just ripped me off. Buyer Beware !!!!!!!!!

I am so glad I found this company! As a private consumer, I don’t have customers to pawn off stuff I don’t like, so my flower(quality and price) is important to me! Don’t know about overpriced competitors with weird commercials, but this company only sells top-notch flower, at crazy awesome prices! They have something for every budget, and I like that you really don’t have to spend more, at all, to increase the quality if you need it increased for whatever reason. They really care about your money! If you do have to reach out to customer service, there is actual people to deal with and they are awesome! That’s super important to me, as well as the consistency and potency is second to none!!! I feel bad, the only thing I get from my local dispensary now is cones to pack this flower in, lol!!! I say it all the time, it’s a win-win when you have amazing product and prices you’re gonna sell more cause I’m gonna buy more, and I’m sure I’m not the only one! Will forever be grateful for finding TSB! Truly the GOATs in the THCA market!

i have shopped with this company several times with no issues. i usually purchase very cheap flower and am satisfied with my purchase. recently after a purchase, i was solicited via email for a review. it was a solid 1 star product and i gave it my honest review. i was further contacted by a customer support specialist "to make things right" but it ended up more like bullying for my review. they are allegedly sending a discount code i never asked for that i will probably never use after this crazy interaction.

i have placed 8 orders and i have received all 8 and all orders where perfect or better and i will only order my bulk THCA from here the prices are unbeatable

What went wrong? How can I count the ways?
Unresponsive, crappy customer service, delays in shipping, stolen packages, upcharges for shipping, literally found gravel in my purchase and CONSTANT delays. I wouldn't shop here again if it was the last distributor on the planet, it's easier to grow your own if this is all that's left to pick from.

You all sent some bull crap small not what I ordered because I have ordered multiple times and didn’t get proper weight of a once and totally different smell and all small buds not weight of a once last dealing with you all unless you all make it right!

I found a very good coupon using an app that finds PUBLIC coupon codes. They decided to cancel my order. When I contacted them they first said that it was automatically cancelled due to risks of fraud. After responding and explaining the situation and waiting very long for a response they claimed that this coupon code was store credit for an affiliate and I wasn't meant to have the coupon. They're refusing to work with me at all on this. The code was publicly available and I feel that is not my fault. I would've been happy with a partial discount to resolve the issue but they don't care. If this is the type of support they offer in this situation imagine having a problem with their product? It's very unfortunate as I was ready to become a new regular customer.

I have a feeling most of the negative reviews here are fake, because they have 40,000 daily posted reviews on the website and 90% of them are positive! This was my first order with them and I will 100% be ordering again!
I ordered the "Tangie" outdoor oz for 49.99 and terps were loud and fresh. Straight orange tropical smell, taste was even better, like orange candy! Imo I wouldnt give this one to newbies, its way to strong and will set them up for disaster. Used my mini bong, felt the first hit, wich never happens. By the 3rd hit I was already deciding if I "needed" any more! Normaly smoke most of the bowl but this stuff packs a wicked punch. Strong cerebral head high, almost like feeling your on an amusement ride! If your into sativa's, grab this new batch asap. Easily one of the better pickups. Buds are stupid dense and hard, but are not dry. Almost felt and smoked like it was already cured a bit, just super smooth and tasty flower with a buzz that dont quit.

I ordered a 1/4 on jan.24th it is now Feb 2nd and nobody can tell me when my package is. He'll they won't even respond . I'd start a return but they won't respond and tell me how. I will never order from them again. I'd pay 4x what I did just for next day shipping if I was actually gonna get it. They need a real customer service department .

If youre getting old brown buds, stop buying the dirt cheapest offerings. Ive always got what I ordered and what I paid for. The site literally tells you whats fresh and whats a pallet priced deal.

1/25 update: In all fairness I looked into this further. The browsers are flagging the site as "FakeShop" and refusing to load the pages. I verified this last evening. What "FakeShop" means is there is a high probability the site engages in fraud. I have a screenshot from minutes ago (12:27 CST) showing the "FakeShop" threat blocked by Avast but I can't attach it to this edit.
