Was put at ease at the beginning of the appointment and all the way through.
Thorough examination of ears.
Hearing test was the best I’ve ever had.
Hearing test results was explained.
Didn’t feel pressured into purchasing hearing aid.
Matt was professional, friendly, took his time and knew what I needed.

Mohammed Faisal at Moseley in Birmingham was extremely friendly and listened to my issues and made me very comfortable what the problem was.

He explained what he was going to check which was ear wax and should me the on screen the build up of wax and how he was going to remove it. He assured me the procedure was save and would take few minutes.

He gave me instructions on how to remove wax regularly using earol spray. He also checked my hearing and explained the results.

Michael Clements- the Audiologist, was extremely helpful, the appointment was on time and throughout the appointment it was clearly explained what each check was for and the outcome. All equipment was immaculately kept and looked very new. A doctors referral was written by the Audiologist and promptly forwarded to my GP. I would highly recommend this service.

Very thorough check (and wax removal) with no hard sell which I appreciated (I already have NHS hearing aids).

Upon meeting him for the first appointment, I felt comfortable and at ease with his approach to my hearing test.
He explained everything in detail with nothing to much trouble for him.
The hearing test was thorough with the result fully explained in detail.
The follow up for the fitting of the aids was easy and well detailed.

Three times running my son and I have had hearing tests cancelled by the hearing care partnership less than 24 hours before our appointment time. We have been waiting momths for the appointmemts only to twice have them cancelled with no explanation given.

I visited Matt Frost at THCP West Heath and it was an excellent first time with an audiologist for me, he was very informative and helpful in figuring out the issue with my right ear

Pretty nice experience, Erin laughed at my stupid jokes but it was more of a polite laugh but I'll still take it because I'm kinda vain and self absorbed.

Every stage of the examination was explained clearly, and Khadija provided insightful, detailed breakdowns of my results and options.
