Lovely staff , understanding , helpful
So far my experience has been great. Took on myself and my son’s claim due to private landlords negligence. Everything was straightforward and the woman was very understanding and friendly which is always good and puts you at ease right away. Thank you!

Telephone call
Telephone call reviewing the previous telephone call and exchange of information in that call was very good. The call was scheduled for 10:00AM but didn’t happen until after a chase up email was sent at 10:57. If the call had had been timely the service would have been excellent!
