Thank you once again William for your helpfulness in the choice and supply of doors for our daughter's home in Wellesbourne recently. They are delighted with the quality, and our fitter said he rarely sees such heavy doors these days. They look superb now fitted, and tone in well with their wood flooring.

The Door Store on Santa Fe Drive, Denver, CO engages in deceptive business practices, specifically employing bait-and-switch tactics in their door sales operations. Their showroom displays doors that are unavailable for purchase, a material fact they fail to disclose at the time of order placement.
Our company placed an order for 37 custom doors and remitted an $18,000 deposit based on the quality and specifications of the showroom samples. Upon delivery to their facility, the doors presented bore no resemblance to the approved samples—they were of substantially inferior construction and quality.
The owner, Tim, claimed the differences would be imperceptible once staining was complete. As the owner of B&B Design Build, a remodeling firm with 30 years of industry experience, I possess the expertise to identify substandard products immediately. This was unequivocally a case of product misrepresentation.
I rejected the delivered doors and demanded full return of the $18,000 deposit, citing material misrepresentation of the product specifications. Tim has refused the refund request. Subsequently, he has sent two emails alternately offering discounts and threatening to file a mechanic's lien against our project.
We have retained legal counsel and will pursue full recovery of our deposit through all available legal channels. Furthermore, we intend to ensure that The Door Store and its proprietor are held accountable for these fraudulent practices to protect other contractors and consumers from similar exploitation.

Absolute waste of my time. Four voicemails over a week. Promised call backs. Didn’t happen. Can’t be bothered. Gone elsewhere. The Door Store Burnley is not in my good books. If they can’t manage to diary a simple call back then they need a new diary. I told them the customer is 82. Nothing.
I’m working full time and don’t have time to be chasing you up. Sort yourselves out.

Ordered a door.
Arrived damaged.
Paid £70 for delivery as had to use their pallet service.
Queried initial price of delivery but was told I was covered if I used their delivery service and the door arrived damaged.
Emailed them and their response was there is ‘nothing they can do.’
Door has been left in protective packaging until being hung today to keep protected.

Purchased laminate doors for our home renovation, these are top quality, look so good and the store where easy to deal with around ordering, collection etc We also ordered the hardware for the doors which are perfect. We are nearing the renovations upstairs in our home so I will shortly be purchasing more of the doors and hardware too.

Ordered grey and walnut slatwall panels, phoned a day later to tell me they are out of stock, expected in 2 weeks, nothing to suggest they were not in stock on website, Oh Mr Young, we have them at our other hub, but they can't be sent from there, ok in you live in Northern Ireland. Days later youu can have the grey delivered but not walnut, they will be available sometime in January. Totally cheesed off, I said deliver grey ones and then deliver walnut when you have them, ok sir, that will mean another delivery charge, lol are you serious? Yes, or you can wait until January and we'll deliver both. How's that for customer service? 🤔 steer clear of this shower.

I ordered some wood panelling that was apparently ‘shipped’ over a week ago. I still haven’t received it, and no communication from door store. This is pushing back my project completion date and I have already paid and booked in workmen. Very disappointing.

Had a Rock Door fitted by Dave from The Door Store Burnley. I absolutely love it, the quality of the door and lock is excellent.Dave’s workmanship was excellent , such a nice chap happy to answer my questions and left everything spotless.
The price was very competitive beating all other quotes.
Goodbye old draughty door.

Visited the Door Store on Boucher Road in February. Lots of variety of bedroom doors. Saw exactly what I wanted, modern good quality doors. Ricky helped me immensely with payment plan and before I knew it he had all the hinges, handles etc ready for me to take home. Delivery he arranged for 2 days later. A very nice man with a great attitude to customer service. Would not go anywhere else now when choosing doors

Newtownabbey Store. Fantastic service from David Owen. He really took his time with us, a personal touch and although this store doesn’t accept Blue Light card discount, he looked after us anyhow. Recommended.

Was in the shop today and Andrew helped me so much with choosing my doors. He was very helpful in guiding me. Definitely asking for Andrews help next time I’m in the store, thank you Andrew

I used the Door-store Boucher Road, Belfast and our sales guy Andrew was fabulous, he was very knowledgeable and helpful 😀 especially when 2 hours later I rang and changed my doors to a darker shade.
Nothing was to much trouble and I would highly recommend them.
Ask for Andrew he knows everything there is to know.

The doors arrived in prefect condition. The gentleman who delivered them completely observed social distancing. I had a phone call to arrange a mutually convenient time slot and the doors were delivered exactly on time. I'm impressed, with thanks. The only thing I'd comment is that the door furniture seems expensive compared with other stores.......and this is minor
