It arrived the next day and was exactly as the pictures and what I wanted. a beautiful product really well made and it will make a fantastic birthday present.

Absolutely brilliant

I ordered two engraved teaspoons. Unfortunately the engraving was slightly wrongly worded. However the company swiftly responded to my email and despatched two replacement spoons with the correct wording. They are now perfect and I am really pleased. These days it’s quite rare to receive such good customer service and so I would highly recommend both the product quality and the service provided by this family business.

Ordered some items for my father’s 80th birthday, they were dispatched very quickly and arrived packed safely. The personalised tools look amazing and i cant wait to give them to him on Friday

Fast delivery, the bag looks really well made and the personalisation looks great. I'll be giving it as a gift in January so the recipient won't see it or use it till then but it looks like it will be perfect for carrying gardening tools and bits and bobs around. Seems very good value too. Highly recommend!

I ordered a customised butter dish but wanted to change the position of the knife to suit someone left handed.

A simple email to the seller was answered straight away and they took my request on board.

The item arrived so quickly and so much sooner than I expected. It was really well packaged too.

The item itself is fantastic, a really good quality and the personalisations was of a really high standard. Absolutely love it and if I need anything similar in future, I’d definitely buy from here again. Thank you.

Very well made

I needed something extra to add to the lovely planter I had bought as a gift and Abbey was super helpful. What amazing customer service. I would really recommend her company and would be very happy to buy from her again.

Very easy to order, personalisation instructions very clear too. Delighted with the result! Excellent quality wood. I would definitely use this company again.
My granddaughter will love planting her herbs!

We ordered a wooden planter with a personalised message on as a retirement gift for a colleague. The service was perfect from start to finish. Our order was checked and it was delivered well packaged and quicker than expected. We will be back in the future I am sure
