I was quite disappointed by the 3Doodler 2.0 and Create. I saved up for it for a very long time and put a lot of thought and time into it, but when it arrived it wouldn't stop malfunctioning. The replacement units they sent me were the same. I absolutely love creating with the 3Doodler, so it is quite heartbreaking when I have to stop in my tracks every half an hour to troubleshoot my pen. I really love the customer service, though.

Truly the best costumer service experience I’ve ever had. The 3doodler cs team truly knows that creativity doesn’t last long and when problems arise the blocks the flow of creativity that solving it quickly is the key to success.

I got the v2 doodler create pen as a birthday gift a few years ago. at first it was a little tricky but i picked up on it quickly and absolutely loved it. If i could, id use it every day! There are endless possibilities of things that you can make, and so many online tutorials and print outs you can use. I almost had no problems with it besides the occasional blockage from time to time which is an easy fix that is very well explained with the manual and online, and the customer support helps explain it very well too! Unfortunately with my luck i got such an odd blockage that there was a small piece of plastic stuck in the middle of the pen and i tried everything i could to get it out, but before giving up i contacted customer support, and they got back to me the same day! We talked over a few days on ways to try and fix it and when that didn't work we set up a phone video chat to see if that might help in anyway. I spoke with Evie Johnson throughout the emails and video chat and she was absolutely amazing and as helpful as anyone could be. She was very professional and clear, and made everything easy to understand while trying to help me fix this blockage that i had. She tried everything possible to help me free the blockage, unfortunately it couldn't be done, and she did sound genuinely sorry about it and mentioned to me about a current sale going on for a new one, since the one i have is no longer made. I am happy to know that there is a sale because i just might be able to get a new pen. If i could i would buy a pen for all of my creative friends and have suggested this pen and site to them many times, and will continue to do so. This is one of the best companies I have ever encountered and will love buying more from them soon!

This 3doodler create is amazing. I could spend countless hours working on crafts with this and still want more. I love how you can draw up in the air. Amazing! The creativity and possibilities with the 3doodler are endless. I would recommend it for anyone, even if you don’t consider yourself a “creative” person. Big thumbs up and I encourage people to be creative and passionate with the 3doodler.

I discovered this device on Kickstarter, was immediately hooked, and have probably had every technical problem I could have had, and...
Every... Problem... Resolved! (and that should be in BOLD font too!)

That being said, the Create+ I am currently using is thus far completely trouble free. (Even so, Evie checks in on me now and then to make sure I'm happy)
It's a whole new world out there in 3D!

3Doodler has the BEST customer service in the nation! A big shout-out to Nisey for helping me last summer with an adult 3Doodler workshop! I really appreciate Nisey taking the time to work with me!

It is not easy to order a DOODLER to Europa!

The unit is not for a first time user. It presupposes one has used a poorer quality unit as a hobby. My use has been to repair PLA 3D prints in particular for which it is ideally suited.

You should have more shipping destinations on your shop.

Always love 3Doodler, especially the start but I do wish there was a decent UK seller for refills.

I’ve always wanted a 3Doodler since the first time i heard of it a couple of years back.

I then recently ordered my first 3Doodler, and i was extremely excited and almost couldn’t wait for it to arrive to Denmark where i live.
I also started to get requests from the 3Doodler company to review my 3Dpen, before I had even received it.
When I finally got it, i started out by reading all the instructions cause I wouldn’t want to break it. I played around with it for about two hours, and I loved it, I absolutely did. My art skills are terrible but I still had fun tracing phone covers and drawings. When I hit about two hours of use, the plastic got stuck, even though I clipped off all used ends after use and i didn’t leave plastic inside to melt. I then spent a long time trying to unplug it and it finally came out, but from then on, it always get stuck. I have done everything possible to find the problem, but no plastic inside is stuck or anything. It seems that it just cant push out the plastic anymore, that the thing pushing put the plastic strands is just terrible.

I have never been so disappointed of a product at that price.

I even bought extra packs of plastic when i purchased my pen, cause i was expecting more than two hours of doodling.
