I subscribed about 3years ago for Whissin non alcoholic whiskey and have received great service and a very knowledgeable staff the Whissin is absolutely great and I don’t miss the whiskey I used to drink I would highly recommend it

Unsafe product and poor customer care
Extremely disappointed with The Alcohol Free Co's handling of a serious product safety issue. One of their glass bottles broke in my husband’s mouth. While they refunded the cost, director Tom Proctor dismissed the incident as “transit damage” and closed the case prematurely without properly investigating. The bottles are still in my possession because their courier failed to collect them twice, so it’s unclear whether the issue might actually have been a manufacturing fault. Overall, the handling of this situation felt lacking in accountability and professional care.

Dear Kim, As said in our emails numerous times we will investigate it when the package is returned unfortunately due to Christmas our collection of a return wont be prioritised as again we explained, however you are dealing with the manufacturer directly that we put you in touch with so I hope you get some answers once they have had a look at them.

Delivery failing
The beer arrived just in time. The delivery company lost the case of drinks which was very unfortunate but after making a call to Dry Drinkers, an another case was organised and delivered just in time.
One comment which I think would be helpful is that the cardboard case could be more substantial than it is.
When not full packing is needed to replace mising bottles otherwise the box gets knocked about a bit too much.

I'm glad I tried these beers
I'm pretty new to non-alcoholic beers and I was impressed with the ones I obtained from the Alcohol Free Co. The flavours were better than I had expected.
Delivery was efficient as well.

Still waiting for refund
I was disappointed not to receive all of the beers that I selected. There was a pencil note about a refund. I've been in contact multiple times with the company but am still to receive my refund for the items that were not sent. I do hope that taking over the Dry Drinker name this summer isn't distracting this business

Good beer bad servicet a month not to deliver what…
Took nearly a month not to deliver what I had ordered and paid for in advance. The worst customer service I have ever encountered bar none. They blamed the courier company and did not apologise.

Your query regarding the missing parcel was raised 15 days after dispatch. As outlined in our order and tracking confirmation emails, we kindly ask customers to notify us within 3 days if a delivery hasn’t arrived so we can step in and resolve it promptly.
That said, as soon as you got in touch, our team responded quickly and offered two solutions: a replacement or a full refund. You chose the refund option, which we processed immediately.
We’re proud of our commitment to customer care and are fortunate to receive consistent 5-star reviews for our service. While we absolutely value constructive feedback, we do feel your review may not reflect the full context of the support we provided in this instance.
