Very bad customer service. I already read the reviews about the experience before purchasing but wanted to give a chance and try and ended up the same experience.

Be very careful they are dozy and dishonest people. Great lier. Do not go to that shop.

My experience with The Attic Furniture has been nothing short of harassing. I received two defective products back-to-back — both with visible cracks and issues.
Repeated attempts to reach their support went unanswered. Calls ignored. WhatsApp messages left on read. When I finally got through to Mr. Swapnil (who typically avoids responding to complaints), I was told I had “already been informed” — which was completely false and untraceable in any communication.
This isn’t just poor service — it’s unethical business practice.

You're left chasing them for weeks, only to be dismissed with no resolution. The quality is substandard, and the customer service is even worse.
Avoid this brand entirely. They are quick to sell but vanish when it comes to after-sales support.

Look Wise Product Was Good..
After ordering through flipkart, I got the product delivered at home but a leg was broken..
It was replaced by the company. They send it through courier and asked to get installed it by own again.
Quality is so cheap that the legs provided cannot take the weight of the chest.
This thing was adjusted by me..
After few months I came to know that it has lot of termites and borers inside it.
After complaining to the company The Attic they told me to spray a termite kill liquid..
I told them that it is of 5 years warranty and you guys are telling me to spray a termite kill..
What will it do? Termites and borers cannot be get killed inside a wood with just a spray.
When I again tried to contact The Attic people they didn't answer my calls neither whatsApp nor any mails..
They simply ignored my problems.

This matter was came into notice of Flipkart but they keep on wasting my time for almost 50 days.
Everyday they used to call me saying that your problems will be resolved soon..

In the end they also started ignoring my mails and told me that only the seller will be able to provide the solution.

So it's almost 2months since I logged the complaint with the seller The Attic and Fipkart..

It is a request will all people who are going or planning to buy any wooden thing from this company, they won't help you after sales..

Post order through website a 45 days waiting period and 6 chair dining set delivered on 5th February 2024. By 10 th March back rest joints near seat and leg of one chair started opening. When screened found 3 more chairs have cracks at joints with 1/2 wood pieces joined at joints to fit in, many joints not properly even joined. 15th March 2024 onwards numerous calls made with no decisive response on customer care numbers. Mails remain unanswered. They send a local person to repair the chairs. The person agreed that repairing will not work and chairs needed to be replaced. He also told us not to return defective chairs till new chairs are not received since the credibility of the firm is doubtful. After many calls and discussions they agreed to send 4 new chairs as replacement and pickup 4 defective chairs by 25th April 2024. From 1st week of May they stopped picking my calls and made many excuses, today 16th May 2024 they failed to share any details of dispatch and asked 10000 INR as security deposit which I refused. The person at last spoke to me as the owner Swapnil Kabra has spoken to me earlier by disgusing as an employee of the attic. Swapnil Kabra has gone to the extent that he asked me to go to consumer forum and nothing will happen.They cheat by disgusing as diffrent person, they lie, they do not reply to any mail, they cheat by sending substandard third rate broken products. They have no business ethics. The numbers shown as call center numbers are mobiles used by staff. Never place any order on their website or through any e commerce platform to them
