I was initially a bit hesitant after reading some of the reviews online, but I decided to give Aurea a chance. So far, my experience has been excellent. Their communication has been outstanding, especially the personal order update from the founder, which made the whole experience feel genuine and premium. It’s reassuring to receive proactive updates instead of having to ask for them. If the rest of the experience is as good as the communication has been so far, I will absolutely recommend Aurea. Looking forward to receiving my order.

since the goods are not the same with what i ordered its not handmade in italy, it'’s not premium cotton blend.
I ordered Puglia summer set premium cotton, and arrived what was on the picture with no lables and made out of unkown material

Absolutely shocking. This is the worst scam. I ordered a pair of shoes, been waiting three weeks and still not received them. I have asked for a refund and I have not received a response.
DO NOT BUY!!

La consegna è avvenuta dopo 27 giorni.
Il prodotto molto ben pubblicizzato, gioca sul ben vestire italiano con immagini di località alla moda e ambianti raffinati.
Le scarpe sono vendute per " pelle scamosciata" in realtà sono prodotte in tessuto che imita effetto scamosciato. Ho chiesto la restituzione della somma pagata ed il ritiro della merce, volevano foto a prova di quanto sostenuto. Dopo varie email hanno proposto un 30% di sconto/rimborso, non ho accettato e sono passato allo sputtanamento su tutti i social dove fanno pubblicità.

I purchased a product after seeing Facebook advertisements presenting it as an Italian product associated with premium Italian quality and craftsmanship. What actually arrived was a cheap, low-quality look-alike shipped from China. The materials, finishing, packaging and overall quality were completely different from the impression created by the advertising.

In my opinion, the item received was a low-cost imitation rather than the Italian product a reasonable customer would expect from the advertisements.

I contacted the store and customer support repeatedly, but received no meaningful response or proper solution. Based on the seller and fulfilment details connected with my order, the same operation appears to use both theaureaofficial.com and capricoast.shop.

I also reported the matter through Shopify’s official channels. As of the date of this review, I have seen no effective action. From a customer’s perspective, Shopify’s merchant oversight and complaint-handling process have been completely ineffective in this case.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. Potential customers should verify the seller’s legal identity, shipping origin and return address, and use a payment method with strong buyer protection.

This is a scam run from it. Total disaster! They are jot on shopify, they don’t wanna give back my money, they are from China nothing connected with Italy etc.

The product I received looks nothing like the premium loafers advertised. Visible glue, poor finishing, cheap packaging, strong chemical smell, and very uncomfortable. Customer support kept increasing their refund offer from 30% to 40%, then 50%, and finally 60%, while insisting I pay expensive return shipping to China for a full refund. I have opened a chargeback. I would not recommend buying from this company.
