Great customer care provided. Our initial hot tub was lost due to freight carrier issues. I was quickly helped and received my spa shortly thereafter.

With your concern about temperature, the highest spas are allowed to go (from the manufacturer - any manufacturer) is 104 degrees. If your spa is not reaching that temp, please let us know so we can help you troubleshoot and find a solution.
If you simply want temps hotter than that...well, I unfortunately cannot help with that!
Great hot tub for the money
Great hot tub for the money, once you figure out how to keep your chemicals in order it will bring many days of joy. My only complaint was having to cut a hole in the side for the electrical, really should have been pre-cut.

The chemicals can indeed be tricky, but once you understand your water it gets easier! Sorry you had to make the cut...hopefully it was simply, but was definitely an oversight.

The hot tub we received was much smaller than anticipated. I feel it was smaller than the dimensions stated and definitely cannot fit 5 people as stated on the specifications. It is 3 people, max! I would not purchase this again.
Instead of blaming the customer, maybe clarify on your website. Additionally, the return process is a huge pain! We will be upgrading this small tub down the road, but not with AquaLife given the experience & response.

I am sorry your expectations did not match the product you received. This tub is accurate to the dimensions provided, but you are correct that five (5) adults would not be comfortable at one time.
Manufacturers use the number of seats to determine the size of the tub (all manufacturers use this same technique); however; it is more accurate to understand you have five distinct seating configurations.
I cannot do much to change the way the industry standard, but the pictures and measurements show pretty clearly the seat configuration. Thanks for sharing your experience, and hopefully it will help others know the questions to ask...the AquaLifeOutlet.com Team
