Very helpful and knowledgable staff in the shop who guided us through the range of beds available, until we found the one for us. Delivery was within a couple of weeks and our bed arrived without any problems, including negotiating our stairs!

Quality of the beds is excellent, as are all the staff.

Would not hesitate to recommend.

We have always used them because of their excellent service. Very kind knowledgeable staff and there is no hassle to buy.

Everything was explained in detail great service. 👍

Nick and his team go out of their way to make sure that you get the best service possible.

Visited the showroom and had a good display of beds and mattresses to compare. Jo was helpful and advised us on choice and quality but not pushy. Chose and paid. Call to arrange and deliver within 2 weeks. Delivery on time quick and bed all ready to make when they left!
Brilliant service and great quality, now great sleep!

As with my first experience with the Bed Specialist over 15 years ago, the service was top drawer throughout. From helpful advice in the showroom, to order and delivery, the communication was excellent throughout. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Always a great service and very knowledgeable staff. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. Any problems you have with your purchase they will always resolve it.

A fantastic local family run business. The service in the store is 2nd to none and the speed in which I received my order was excellent. The delivery team were super respectful and efficient. Highly recommend using our local businesses.

The staff at the Bed Specialists listened to what we wanted and provided us with the information we needed to make an informed choice. We were able to look at and try several mattresses in the shop. Once we’d made our decision they were 100% accurate in pulling together all the details and delivering on our purchase.

From entering the shop to the day of delivery the professional, supportive and knowledgeable staff made the experience both enjoyable and rewarding.
The range of beds and mattresses was both well displayed and provided good choice.

I went to the store today to arrange a swap for the mattress I had already purchased which sadly is too soft. I’d like to say a huge thanks to Nick who was incredibly helpful and so patient. He even made us coffee! We both appreciated his knowledge and the fact he guided us toward beds he thought would suit me. No pressure at all to part with more money. He was so helpful and hopefully this time the mattress will be better for me. So worth going into the shop rather than buying off line. Nothing seems too much trouble. Trying different toppers on different beds! I appreciate that’s what they are there to do, sell beds, but the service is second to none. No hard sales. Just much needed information on getting the right bed. I’d not buy my beds anywhere else now. Thank you so much. A wonderful family business with good old fashioned ethics!

What wonderful customer service. The advice we received was full and unbias. We felt our requirements were listened to and they answered all our questions with expert knowledge and experience. They certainly knew their industry. We had a couple of issues on delivery but all sorted very quickly with no fuss. Would definitely reccommend and use again.

Courteous prompt service very helpful and friendly listened to what we required items delivered within two days to Yorkshire

Everyone we had dealings with was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We had a minor issue when our bed arrived but it was quickly resolved. We are happy to say to anyone that the Bed Specialist is well worth a visit.

Very good service & the most comfortable bed! Definitely recommend.

Really knowledgeable about the beds and spent lots of time advising us on how each option would fit our needs. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful and we were given good information about delivery etc. Delivery was prompt and very professional. An excellent local company. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasure to try different mattresses to find the right fit and to have the thoughtful and informative store staff to assist in that.

The delivery experience was first rate and the mattress is bliss! I had not realised what a difference a good mattress makes to how I feel the next day

Bought our new bed at the Visprung special event, very expensive bed but a great deal on the day.
