A well-made name plate on genuine Welsh slate. Looking forward to using it on our new house we are about to move to. It was reasonably priced and arrived in a few days very well packaged. No regrets!

We were very pleased with our sign. I had made an error on my email address in the ordering process and was not receiving any communication on delivery etc. This issue was swiftly resolved when I reached out to the company. They were very helpful. Good service

Oil stain on front, no reply to emails
I received my sign and although I was impressed with the aesthetic of the product, when I opened the package I couldn't help but notice a really obvious oil stain (looks like a finger print) on the front of it.
I emailed over a week ago and still have not received a reply. At this point I wont be recommending this service. I paid $180 NZD and expected a sign without a stain.

I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with your sign. We appreciate you sending over a picture of the sign you've received, however upon viewing the image, the slate isn't stained. The patterns are what make up the slate's surface.
We are happy to make you a replacement sign, however we have had no response to any of your emails or the messages sent via Etsy.

I was quite nervous about ordering…
I was quite nervous about ordering this. Never had anything like this done before. We are so thrilled and it was easy to order and the quality is great. I thought I didn't have any screws so emailed. Got an instant reply with where the screws were attached. (that maybe the only thing they could improve on) Let the customer know they are attached to the packaging. Otherwise fabulous service and product.
