The Bespoke Sign House Avis 

Ordered a new plaque with the house number on it. The ordering process was easy and the variety of style and fonts were great. It was great to see a photograph of the plaque before I placed the order. I was kept up to date via their confirmation email. The plaque is just as I ordered and is plain yet very stylish, which is exactly what I wanted. Fitted it today and really looks the part and is easy to read from the roadside.

Good, easy to use website which made it easy designing the sign. Excellent quality and NOT made in China but the UK!

After placing the order, there is an online tracking page. It showed that the order was progressing for a few stages, then nothing. After a while I messaged the company via two different platforms and got no response. I sent a message informing them that if I didnt get a response soon I would have to contact my credit card company to cancel the transaction. Shortly afterwards I received a message saying the order had been dispatched. No contact from them. Customer service zero points! The sign did arrive, was well packaged, and does look nice but wouldnt order from them again because of the customer service.

After receiving my initial sign I noticed it had a few minor flaws & the number was slightly larger than I thought I had ordered. Jack was amazing & immediately made a new one which I am thrilled to bits with.
Having bought some rejuvenating oil I was slightly confused about which part to use it on. Apparently just the exposed sides as they are porous but as my sign seems to have been polished all around I don't really think I needed to buy any so will try and find another use for it!

Absolutely over the moon with my bespoke door sign. Love that you can just give them an idea and they design and give you a few options. Next minute you have your perfect sign.

Whilst the sign that has been finally delivered is in good order, the communication has been dreadful, hence the reduction in stars.
After having sent several emails chasing this sign up for a present on a limited time scale, which would have been tight in the first place, arrived later than anticipated and past the required date.
In fact, I am still awaiting any response regarding its delivery, to be honest.

This sign is really beautiful & adds a touch of class to my property. Thank you!

These guys are doing their best, product is solid. They're obviously growing faster than their existing business model will allow - just need a robust online customer service process in place to communicate better / faster (or even a phone number 9-5) . I got my refund in good faith.

Easy to use website that allows you to see fonts and layouts. Once ordered the communication was good (kept in the loop all the way) and the finished product arrived well packaged, no damaged and as expected.
Overall experience was excellent and our house has a rather smart number on the front. Very pleased, great job everyone!

Placed order and received the sign exactly a week later. Sign has been beautifully crafted. Extremely pleased with company from start to finish!

I needed a new house sign for fitting to an uneven stone wall. Tried a couple of other high profile sign suppliers who declined to quote saying they didn’t think they could produce a suitable sign that could be fitted. Jack at the Bespoke Sign House was very helpful right from my first enquiry and after the sharing of some photos and measurements, he produced a very high quality sign which fitted perfectly. The process from the start right through to a very slick delivery was smooth and with good comms all the way through. Difficult to comment too much on pricing as I don’t know the market well but suffice to say I felt it was very good value for the quality of the sign and the customer service provided.I would definitely recommend this business for a high quality house sign and I would expect that other types and styles would be equally well handled. I do think that the name of this business is very accurate in reflecting what they do as it was certainly a very personalised and bespoke service that was provided to me, right from the initial digital mock ups and quote through to the delivery of the final product. This will be my first port of call for future sign designs.
