Easy design on website, slate is a good colour but disappointed that there is a colour fault through the slate.

We love our sign. The Web page is extremely easy to navigate and you can see how your sign will look with each choice you make and how much it will cost. From the font you pick to the colour and final article. The sign arrived within a week and is now proudly displayed on our wall.

Ordered a house name plate. Noticed that one of the letters was a capital instead of small print, contacted the company within 24 hours to get it changed but it was delivered with a capital letter. Made a complaint but was told the initial order could not be changed even though I received an email telling me to notify them with any problems. Whoever printed the sign would surely have seen that one of the letters should not have been a capital. Had to order another one at a 20% discount. The sign is fine but after sales service not good

Every thing was made very easy from choosing the materials, the size etc. You got a view of what your sign would look like and it appeared on time and looks great. Would definitely recommend this company.
