The Blood Clinic UK Avis 

This was my second visit to The Blood Clinic UK. This time I had a platinum test which covered a massive amount of bio markers. You won't get service like this from your local GP. Rich who did the test is a very friendly chilled guy who makes you feel welcome. You get a full Dr's report explaining your results and there's an optional consultation afterwards if you have any concerns about your results.

Visited the new clinic in Retford for the platinum performance female package. Communication was great both in person and online when booking the appointment. Rich is clearly knowledgeable and passionate, explaining everything in clear detail. Results were back quickly. I now feel in control of my health which is priceless. Highly recommend!

The process was really easy . I was made to feel welcome . It was explained to me how to decipher the blood work report . Once I received the report it was easy to work through . I was able to take it to my doctor and point out some issues that were raised in the report . They were happy to read the report and make an appointment for further blood tests .

Unbelievable experience explains everything regarding how the service is and how the app works to check my bloods as things change ...very welcoming polite respectful a joy to have someone like rich take my bloods and feel comfortable and welcomed

First time getting bloods done, had them done with rich on the Wednesday results back by Saturday, sat and took me through everything I needed to know, walked in with no idea about much and left with a lot more in depth understanding, top guy and a top process.

I used the blood clinic to have my first ever bloods done and went for the most advanced one done by Gem in St Helens.

I contacted the owner Rich as I wanted to just ask a quick question, I contacted Rich at an unpopular time of 6pm and the time he gave me was unbelievable

Rich actually encouraged me to stay on the phone while he loaded my results up and went through them with me line for line in fine detail, also then gave me some advice on rectifying a few areas on my markers, such a lovely man and il never use anyone but his business again, truly a great example of going above and beyond.

Had the Full Platinum blood panel done here recently and honestly, such a great experience from start to finish.

The clinic was really clean and professional, but still felt relaxed and welcoming. Rich is friendly, professional, and made everything super easy. The blood test itself was quick and pretty much painless, and everything was explained beforehand so I knew exactly what the full panel covered.

What really stood out was the aftercare. When my results came back, they didn’t just email over a bunch of numbers and leave me to figure it out. Rich went through everything with me properly, explained what each result meant in simple terms, and highlighted anything I should keep an eye on. It felt personalised rather than generic.

I also got clear advice on what I could do to improve certain markers.

Would definitely recommend if you’re thinking about getting a comprehensive check-up done. Totally worth it for the peace of mind.

Been to The Blood Clinic a fair few times now at both their private clinic and also the new one at S20. Unrivalled service, with a real passion for what they do. Don’t give it a second thought if you were wondering who to trust! Look no further!

I was considering booking the £250 Platinum Advanced Male blood test panel.

Before proceeding, I asked the clinic to confirm three basic governance details: the name of the UKAS-accredited laboratory, the CQC-registered provider, and the GMC-registered doctor responsible for reviewing results.

Despite following up, I received only generic responses with no specific information, and eventually no response at all.

I decided not to proceed due to the lack of transparency.

Update: After posting this review, the clinic replied to say they use multiple labs and doctors and therefore cannot specify governance details in advance.
