When I saw these advertised on Facebook, and they were on sale, I thought I would try them for my 2014 Jetta.
Don't bother buying these. They may look good but,they don't work half the time. I bought 4,one for each door. The rear door ones fit ok but, when you open the doors they wouldn't illuminate half the time.
Beware of the plastic backing of these. They will scratch the paint.
I noticed they were too thick for the front doors. I had to slam the doors for them to shut. In doing that, it scratched the acrylic coating.
They work well as refrigerator magnets though.

After following the instructions I found out one of my purchases was not working properly. Emailed the company and with fast response they gave me steps to follow. This didn’t work as well. They were quick to respond and replace the defective equipment. Will purchase from them again. Great customer service and appreciation for their customers

Has to be the worst customer service i have ever dealt with. I ordered my product 4 weeks ago and I still have not got anything. Customer service just sends me tracking number which shows no movement.

If I could rate this experience less than 1 star I would! Terrible experience! Ordered these pieces of crap, took them a month to get here, now they are held on with Velcro, and very shoddy quality. They sporadically work and when I contacted the company about this asking for a refund, I was told that I needed to furnish a video of them not working and they would send me replacement. Why would I want another piece of crap? So much for hassle free refunds!!!I'm not going to be waiting for them not to work so I can video! Cheap plastic and definitely do not look like the advertisement. And held on with Velcro!! Need I say more? So, I'm stuck with these.. Buyers Beware! Don't buy from these people!

This company has never reached back out to me in regards to receiving my refund for a product I brought on their website. I highly suggest that no one buys any items from this site. This company is a Hugh scam. They take your money but no way to reach them.

Item was never delivered to my address.. which was clearly correct..so sorry I didn’t dig a little deeper in this company of scammers!!! Do not buy!!!

If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change 1 thing. I purchased the LED Door Sill Pro, front & rear. I was going to go with the front doors only, and then I thought, let's go for front and rear. Because if they are awesome, I don't want to have to wait for the rear sills. It's been a month, and they are still on the original charge, never fallen off, no problems whatsoever. Again, I wouldn't change a thing, highly recommend.

Around Christmas 2025 I ordered some door panel led lights. It took them a great many days to ship them to me. Upon receiving them two of the four lights don't hold a charge for more than few minutes and finally stop working. I repeatedly asked them to replace or refund me the charges and they wanted me to first send them some photographs and video of the non working ones which I did then they said to send them back in both the inner and outer original pacaging unfortunately I threw the outer box away and now I am stuck with two bad ones and they wont refund. Very bad product and customer service.

Advertisement, said the LED door sill lights can be placed in your car and the magnets will do the rest. Not true! Bloomcar said parts have to removed from my car to make the product fit! The product is also defective. The colors and patterns of lights cannot be controlled and turn off and on by themselves at all time.

Bloomcar gave me several run arounds and refused to return the product with all different excuses. After weeks of emails, Bloomcar said they don't have a return address?! How is that my fault?

Bloom car install instructions says to remove the plastic wrap for installation. Then later, they claim that removing the plastic wrap voids the return. Therefore, no one can ever return this cheap crap that doesn't work. Total Scam.

I bought the running board lights for my Land Rover. They don't fit. Tried to get ahold of them to see about getting them replaced. No response. I tried texting them. Right when I get to the end, it covers what I've written with an add to sell me more junk and won't let me send it. The company is a scam company. Don't buy anything from them.

I had ordered the Bright Sills for my Subaru Outback. While they arrived within a reasonable time, there is no way to install them around or over the existing factory installed sill/interior lower door molding without removing the original assembly and cutting off the existing sill. I checked several other models of Subaru only to find the Bloomcar sills WOULD NOT work on any of them as well. Upon contacting Bloomcar, I was first sent a YouTube video of the installation process...which would not work on a Subaru. After reaching out to Bloomcar again, I was offered a "credit" to purchase their other products. That is when I began my research on this and other sites to learn that Bloomcar has issues with quality, price, shipping and customer service. This company will sell you these sills without any apparent knowledge of if it they can be installed on your make and model vehicle. Return credit is simply not a reasonable option when I have offered to return the sills for full credit to my credit card. Based on what I learned here, I wouldn't do business with Bloomcar again.

Ava in Customer Service is the only reason I decided to keep the product and try it out on our truck. When I first received my lights, one of them was cracked and busted. I emailed the company and got a quick response back from Ava. She immediately assisted me by contacting the correct department and sticking with me to make sure I received it. I didn’t have to deal with several different people just the one person and she was great thank you again Ava.

The magnets are weak and it is VERY easy to bump them off. Would not buy again.

JS Express said they didn't have a record of the item after I sent them the tracking number, the tracking history that was sent through my PayPal showed it was returned to warehouse, I'm confused..

Bloom car will keep you informed on your orders and will replace any defective items . Very pleased there service.

If I could give zero stars I would. First, there isn't any customer service. Secondly, the parts dont fit my vehicle. And lastly, I specifically asked for Chrysler and they sent me KIA.

I cant find anyway to return or exchange them as neither the email comes back 404 error and the phone number is dead.

I purchased from Bloomcar door sills and the interior light package. WELL, it's not an install for someone who's not an electrician. I took it to a local car detail place they wanted to charge me OVER $500 to install. I contacted Bloomcar for a return Authorization # and the address to return it for a refund, What a freaking nightmare. After two weeks of back and forth they finally sent me an address to send it to. Somewhere in China. But they're located in Australia. They told me to take a pic of the post office receipt so they could give me a refund. I didn't because to ship to China was close to $100. I know what they were doing. They gave me that China address knowing I wouldn't pay but in case I did pay, they would have refunded me but they know that no one is going to pay almost $100 to send back their product. This company is the biggest ripoff I have ever dealt with in my life. I'm 71. Needless to say, Stay away from these rip-offs.
