I get to Taylor make my box and the time it comes between. I’ve found I don’t use the product as fast as they were coming so to skip a couple times works for me.

I love the products
I love the products. The body lotion helps keep my skin smooth. Do you have a lotion that keeps your body skin moist and maybe were can keep the mosquito off. Like a insect repellent but dones smell like one? Have a good scent but you dont know your trying to keep the bugs off of you. This might only be Texas in the south issue. Lol

I have tried several times to cancel orders but still get product and are billed.
NO longer want products and NO longer want to be billed.

Numerous attempts at canceling
I've can elephant my order numerous times. It doesnt work for me. I received emails stating you got my cancelation only to be charged 2 months later for an order. As I can't access my emails daily it gets run thru my PayPal account.

Ordering kits on line
Changing or adding to existing orders/kits are not easy to maneuver on-line. I’ve had difficulty changing my kit and out of frustration have had to contact a representative to place my order.

I had been using the products for 2 years as directed with no visible improvement in my crepy skin. I've attempted to cancel my subscription but end up just freezing it for several months. I continue to return the products unopened that are sent to me. The customer service staff on the phone is very kind, patient, and friendly.

Does make my skin soft but doesn't really smooth out my arms. Also I had changed my delivery to 6 months and somehow it got changed to 3 months. Will be cancelling.
