Do not spend your money or play on this site ! the people on here are lying it's a straight money grab scam..I paid in two times to try the sites ⁸out and the games do not play smooth and rig to not hit a bonus and if you do it's very small I only seen one. It will take your money quick if you like to lose. there other sites way better than them so don't fall for them fake package deals scams just for you too lose and never see a payout

Scam Casino that's too broke to pay my winnings.

This scam casino wasn't happy I won $350+ fair and square so they cancelled my redemption, deleting my balance down to $175 due to my win violating policy even though I won it super honestly no cheesy gimmicks. Here is the email I got. Stay away everyone.

"Hi! 👋

Congrats on your win! 🎉

Just a quick heads-up — winnings from spins, welcome offers, or bonus play are capped at $175 for redemption, per our T&Cs.

Your request was declined as it exceeded this limit. Please resubmit for up to $175, and we’ll process it right away.

Note: any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited upon redemption.

On the same ip address but my son is the only one with a account and we’re fully verified.Just a loophole to try and not pay people

Banned no reason given

Got sent an email. Was told my account activity wasn't in line with the terms of service. What exactly does that mean? Well anything they want really.

Signed up day 1 with them and made multiple purchases and redemptions. Site was good with good daily bonuses. I have rated the site 5 stars before.

Found out on 05/05/2026 That my account was permanently closed with no real reason given besides given a vague impersonal automated message.

I go the extra mile to make sure I don't break any rules on any sites, so this came as a huge surprised.

Very disappointed.

The site isn't terrible, its okayish I hope my review doesn't stop somebody from wanting to try out the site honestly, but just wanna put this review out there so nobody is surprised if this same thing happens to them.

Terrible scamming site

Terrible scamming site ! Just recently bought a deal for 30 for 58. Ended up with 2k! But when I went to get verified they told me that because there’s another account with the same ip address they forfeited my funds all of them ? I told them that I only have one account and my roommates gamble and they told me it doesn’t matter only one account or person on the ip address so everything is gone now ? How does that make sense no other site is like that

This casino is a scam. Do not use this platform. They took my winnings. After I put so much money on there. They wait to tell me about terms and conditions. When I am the only person on my IP address. Scam at its finest!! The casino took my winnings and said terms and conditions. But gave me the refund on gold coins. They stole my winning. That is bogus and unfair. I gamble a lot. I put a lot of money on there. For them to scam me out of it. Don't not use this casino. Please. I have other ones that are great. They redeem an pays u within an hour. Not two weeks. And say the taking your winning for no good reason..

Website UI Janky. 4 bonuses and none above $3. No originals

They have many providers. At this point I only try out new social casinos when incentived by offer walls like RevU etc. Did the $10 for $25 pack. Hit 4 bonuses on hacksaw games and the highest win was $3. Hacksaw has been lacking recently so maybe a testament to them. Regardless theboss didn't have originals like in house keno/dice or any of the usual I play. They had some janky 3rd party ones but that's it. Layout for site is strange. Offer hasn't tracked yet and usually RevU is solid. Thoroughly unimpressed with a company joining the social casino space this late and having that sloppy of a website. Won't be back.

So far so good

I do wish I could win more often and possibly get free play every now and then. :) if youre already getting on these sites to gamble well trusting them is such as well. I trust this casino

Scam casino!

Scam casino! They take forever in processing your redemption so you're more than likely going to cancel it and play again. No instant redemption option and games are horse crap. All I did was lose from the time I started with zero bonuses to show for it. Negative stars! Stay away from these crooks.

Inconsistent enforcement of IP/household rules and unclear forfeiture of funds

Two separate, verified individuals created independent accounts on TheBoss.us. Both accounts completed identity verification, were allowed to register, deposit funds, and engage in gameplay.

After gameplay, the platform issued an enforcement email citing “same IP/location” and classifying the situation as a “primary account” and “duplicate account,” stating that winnings and Sweeps Coins from the duplicate account were forfeited.

However, both accounts belong to two separate verified individuals, not a single user operating multiple accounts.

Both accounts remain verified and active, yet enforcement actions appear inconsistent and not clearly tied to any specific defined violation such as fraud, collusion, or coordinated activity. Both users played independently on different days with no coordinated gameplay.

The Terms referenced (including IP/household restrictions and coordinated activity clauses) do not clearly state that legitimate deposits or purchased Sweeps Coins may be forfeited solely due to shared IP/household status between two verified users without a defined violation.

The initial communication also referenced a “primary account” being retained, which further contributed to unclear classification of how the accounts were being evaluated.

I am requesting clearer transparency on how IP/household rules and forfeiture decisions are applied in cases involving two separately verified users.

Didn't pay for your tournament win

I am the Tuesday playson power sweeps grand prize winner on Theboss.us. I won 4800 in the Grand prize and with my big hit it totalled 5575 to be redeemed. I have already verified. Even messaged them to ensure they didn't need anything else and said no that the payment was processing. Received a message that I had the potential for a second account on another device, fought that. Then it was I had opened up my account on two IP addresses which was against their policy, fought that then it kept going. Long story short They robbed me of my winnings and are refusing to pay without a just cause. Oh, but they were kind enough to leave my account with 12 dollars. I will go to war over this. I made a second account once when I first started this and learned my lesson. I have not made a second account since. Anyone who is really interested in help connect with me

Verified and redemption received in less than 48hrs

I won off of the $2 sign up bonus....I had won over $4-500 when I decided to cash in I was at $350.00. I tried to redeem it but it had a cap of $175 which was fine, I mean it was free money to begin with. I was able to verify my identity, verify my bank account, resubmit my redemption of $175 be approved on all and received my winnings in less than 48 hours. I have had a great experience with this casino and highly recommend. Customer service was quick to respond and the process was simple and straight forward. This casino should be rated no less than a 4.8 in my opinion.

Unfair Treatment

I signed up for this casino in November 2024. I often purchased packages, and visited almost daily. On March 24, 2026 I logged in and redeemed my free daily spin. To my surprise, I ended up receiving $100 in free sweeps coins. There was a required playthrough which I fulfilled and managed to win enough to cash out.

When I visited today, March 27, 2026, I noticed that my daily spin wasn't available. Upon contacting customer service, I was told that my account didn't qualify for any promotions, and according to their T&Cs, a reason for this decision did not have to be disclosed.

I can't help but feel like I am being punished for actually being able to cash out. I used to think very highly of this casino, but this incident makes me think that they aren't treating me fairly.
