We have actually spoken to Royal Mail today and they say all parcels from last week are only just being sorted in there office as the strikes have caused a huge back up on deliveries.
I’m really sorry your parcel has been delayed but please allow a little longer for Royal Mail to deliver as this is completely out of our hands. We will keep an eye out on updates and things.
I’m extremely sorry about the delay.

Highly recommended
Very happy with the service, website very easy to use. Loved looking and choosing what sweets to pick, they have some sweets that ive not seen in a long time that you cant get from a high street shop. So many options to pick from. Good price and fast delivery. Ordered for a father's day gift for my partner but they were so nice I ate most of them. Would highly recommend and will definitely be ordering more for Christmas.

AVOID!!!!!!! Wrong sweets and very poor customer service
Ordered my pick and mix and realised when eating it there where sweets I hadn’t ordered and the ones I had, I only had 1 of. I emailed and the person that replied to me said they didn’t believe me and wanted me to buy more so they could give me 10% off my next purchase. AVOID!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!

I’m extremely sorry you were unhappy with your order. In your email you said you didn’t receive 50grams of one item. We never called you a liar we just couldn’t understand how you only received one of that item. It you had none in we could say we missed it. We just couldn’t understand how there was only one of that sweet as we grab a handful and put them in. This was the only thing complained about not that there was sweets in the order that you didn’t order as this would have been addressed so as it was a small mistake we offered a discount if you ordered again and we also offered to send you out the 50grams if sweets you said were missing.
We pride ourselves with customer service and I’m extremely sorry you feel let down on this occasion.
