Ordered promptly. Happy with that.
The second card i ordered on the 4th July, no sign of it.

Got back to them, told me will send Replacement.
As yet no sign of that. What is happening with this Order
Its very confusing. Of course they will say, we have sent
It, but have not received any Dispatch Email. Either.
Id love ❤️ to know what's happened.
Very bad communication with this Company.
Pity, as I trusted them.
Anyhow, waiting for a Refund. Will that appear, is the Question. I dont want to tell people what to do.
But Amazon is the Place. You live and Learn.

We’re sorry that neither the original card nor the replacement arrived. Both were sent to the same address as your previous successful order, and unfortunately we cannot explain why two separate deliveries failed to reach you.
We responded promptly and politely each time you contacted us, arranged a replacement when the first card did not arrive, and have now issued a full refund. We send hundreds of orders each month and two deliveries to the same customer going missing is extremely unusual.
We appreciate how frustrating this has been, but once an order has been dispatched, its delivery is beyond our control.

I ordered Assistance Dog in Training cards for my dogs Duke and Daisy and I’m really impressed. The cards arrived very quickly and the quality is brilliant. They feel sturdy, look professional, and the details/photos have come out clearly.
I’m especially happy with how easy the cards are to read and how official-looking they are for an in-training information card. They’re perfect for keeping in our training folder and using alongside our assistance dog training journey.
Great quality, fast delivery, and exactly what I wanted. Would definitely recommend.

Paid my money but got nothing in reply!
I paid for the card and paid for it but, weeks later I asked why it hasn’t arrived.
They asked if I should check with neighbours, despite it only needed to go through my letterbox but I asked anyway - but no luck.
I have asked for a replacement or, if not, to give me my money back - and am currently awaiting a reply.

We’re very sorry that your order has not arrived. As we use a courier service for deliveries, parcels are occasionally delivered to the wrong address by mistake. For this reason, we initially suggested checking with neighbours, as this can often be the quickest way to locate a missing order and avoid further delays while waiting for a replacement.
Unfortunately, due to the bank holiday weekend, our office was closed, which meant we were unable to respond to your email as promptly as we would have liked. We have now replied and offered to send a replacement card to resolve the issue for you.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience.

With invisible illness it's hard to…
With invisible illness it's hard to make people understand. The Fibromyalgia card is excellent for me. Not only does it advise people of how I might be feeling, the two contacts on the back are really helpful. Also, having your photo on the front makes it very personal. I am really glad I ordered it. Plus it came earlier than advised. Quality is great.

Dog ID
Ordered an ID Card for my Assistance/Support Dog.
Delivered promptly and exactly as described on their site, overall a good experience with this Company.
I've used the card in a few different places when questioned by staff(my dog is my Support 24/7) and so far the card has been accepted and we've gone about our business with one less stress.
