Brilliant Customer Service
Ordered my item last Friday evening past the 1pm cut off so package wasn't due til Tuesday. Arrived Tuesday morning (yesterday) but didn't get a chance to look at it til later in the evening and after having a closer look I realised that I had been sent a single sim phone when I ordered a dual sim so I sent off an email last night. At 9:23am this morning I received a phone call from Mark who was lovely, he apologise for the mistake and said he'd come over with the right item and do a swap with me this morning and by 10:30am only an hour later he arrived to make the swap! I'm very pleased with the customer service I received!

Apple Watch strap
Great service and products. Ordered my product on the 22nd December and I received it an hour later as the company knew it was a Christmas present. Ordered a number of times from Mark and he’s brilliant and so helpful when you’re not sure about sizes etc.

Regarding our watch strap packaging we're sorry to hear you weren't happy with it but we have reduced the amount of unnecessary product packaging in line with our companies sustainability goals in order to reduce our own carbon footprint and as a result our customers also!
Great Customer Service
Very responsive. I asked a question before I ordered and it was answered very quickly even though it was out of hours at the weekend. The ordering process was very simple
and clear and the delivery was seamless. In a time when service levels have dropped, it was refreshing to get such customer focused service. Will definitely be using again.
