I used to love Cat's Pajamas, but the quality has really gone downhill. They are still expensive, but are no longer worth the price. The fabric looks and feels cheap.

Expensive and poor quality. Feels cheap, shrinks, poor sizing… you name a problem, pajamas from cat’s pajamas probably has that problem (other than design imo but even that is becoming more stale)
Disappointing. Cotton wrinkles so badly and they shrink. Beautiful Prints and rich colors but…Sizing way off and rise too short, even in “smaller” sizes. Who designed these ill-fitting pj’s? Top is ok... Voir plus
I bought this at a local retailer. Very soft material, but the button holes were WAY too big and the buttons kept falling out. Who wants to wander around the house with your coffee and all of a sudden... Voir plus

I really like the Pima Knit fabric but...
I really like the Pima Knit fabric but the Pima Cotton is too stiff and inconsistent sizing. I’m grabbing a flannel and another Pima Knit to make up for it. Also, the large/bold patterns can swallow the person wearing them but the small patterns can complement the person wearing them.

Thus far I have only made my first purchase from the website. Consequently this review is only for the ability to navigate the website and complete an order. I look forward to receiving my purchase in timely fashion, recognizing that the shipment is likely to have to pass the American-Canadian border and thus may take a bit longer to be processed. Upon receipt, I'll be able to review the quality of my purchase. Having already purchased one pair of pyjamas from a Vancouver, BC store, I expect to be happy with my purchase. But I'll let you know if I am disappointed!

The Luxe Pima pjs are the most…
The Luxe Pima pjs are the most beautiful I've seen, the quality is exceptional and the design perfect! I so wanted to keep these pjs, unfortunately the bottoms did not fit me, the inseam is too short and the rear too tight, I had ordered a small and I have a 28 1/2" inseam, the large would have been too big~ Customer service was excellent.

Made my online purchase
Made my online purchase. Everything went great but then Fed-ex wasn't able to deliver timely. That didn't matter as I did not need the pj's until 01/15. The point being the company contacted me immediately to let me know the arrival time would be a day or two later AND they refunded my shipping costs. They went way above the call of duty. Exceptional service. Thanks guys.
