Day 2 and 8 tests completed
I was very concerned before ordering since you hear so many rumours.
I ordered two test kits at 22:00 on a Monday (after receiving my -ve PCR test in France) and they arrived at my home on the Wednesday.
One of the day 2 results took around 3 or 4 days to arrive (I don't believe the day 2 test serve any real use since we are both vaccinated and had a test before arriving in the UK).
The day 8 test results arrived on day 10, so we were free to move around on day 11 as planned.
Conclusion - all finished well

A little slow but responsive
A little slow in getting results back. Day 2 result was fine but Day 8 was still not back 72 hours after I knew it had been delivered by the post office. However they were super responsive to my email and they chased up the result. I'm fully vaccinated and followed self isolation to the letter so I knew it would be negative. But if you aren't so sure the delay could be more of an issue.

Still no result from Day 2 test (now day 7)
Bought a Day 2 & Day 8 testing package for my husband. Posted Day 2 test at 9:00 (at central sorting office), it's Day 7 today and we still have no result. Sent 2 emails 3 days ago - no response. DO NOT use postal service.

Avoid! Better companies for PCR tests
Avoid! Paid for tests for my family for Christmas and had to cancel as U.K. government banned international travel. Kept deposit despite promising it could be used against another test. Now not responding to emails.
There are better companies out that offer more competitive prices on PCR tests I.e kids go free . My advice book somewhere else as I wish I did ! They are cashing in on others misfortune.

Hi Miss Ellis, thank you for your review. We apologise for not being able to help you. Unfortunately the last week has been extremely busy and we have been trying our best to respond to everyone who is emailing us.
As you mentioned, the deposit you paid in Christmas, was carried forward and we are happy to honour this. However, unfortunately, we were not able to offer you the discounted price you suggested.
We are aware their are many companies who can provide the test at cheaper prices, however, their are also many passengers who have been let down by said companies once the PCR test has been completed. Our PCR test prices are slightly higher due to our guarantees in place.
Over the past year, with the numerous tests we have done, we have never left any of our patients without results at the time of departure.
During the Christmas period, as a good will gesture, we extended the time frame for honouring your deposit payment. This was extended to 2 months. However, due to further lockdown restrictions we have been willing to extend this further. We’re aware you have been in contact with us, and have spoken to us on a few occasions. You have also requested a substantially discounted price which we advised we could not meet unfortunately. However, if you are looking to book with us, please do send us an email and we will be happy to accommodate you and your family.
We apologise for not being able to provide the service you expected.

Quick test with quicker results!
I went for a next day test with results guaranteed by 8pm to 10pm.
Results were received before that time, very impressed with the quick service and very easy to book an appointment.
I took my whole family with me and they got tested also. Explaining everything properly and professionally
Would definitely use again.

We were stuck in the UK at Christmas
We were stuck in the UK at Christmas. At that moment we were in Edinburgh and there were no appointments anywhere around there for the PCR test. The closest place we found was this one, in Manchester and thank to that we were able to leave the UK and come back to Spain. Both guys were very nice, explained us everything very good and kept us calm. Really recommend this place, they are very professional.

Antigen test and fit to fly..
My partner and I needed a antigen test and fit to fly certificate.
We arrived at 8am and left by 8.30, on our way home which is over an hours drive the results were in and when we arrived home certificates emailed as promised.
I would highly recommend this business, very friendly, polite and professional .

I needed the Pcr test which I booked very short notice. Booked on Thursday, test was Friday morning 8 am. Super-speedy results, I got them back the same day. I highly recommend this place. Excellent Service. Thank you

Covid Test for international travel
The guys of the Chemist Live were really nice with me. They explained me everything and the one Who did the PCR for me was kind and fast. I had the results in less than 48 hours and the certificate was perfect, i didnt have any problem when i had to show It in the airport. I trully recommend the Chemist Live :)

Total DISAPPOINTMENT
Very disappointed as we had our flights cancelled. obviously the test we booked was not required we asked to postpone our tests but was told we had a month's grace then we would loose our deposits.
Ryanair flights our carparking our transfers our accommodation all gave us 100% refund thats what I call good service. Doubtful if I will book a tests again.

Hi Paul, we're sorry to hear you were disappointed. As mentioned at the time of booking, the deposit charge is non-refundable however, as a gesture of goodwill we decided to roll this forward for up to a month. As lockdown restrictions worsened, we further rolled this deposit payment until the end of February. We hope to one day be able to provide a service better than the aforementioned companies however at this current stage it is very difficult. We hope you will still use us in the future and if you require the need for a PCR test again, we will be happy to roll your deposit forward.
