The Chilli Jam Man Avis 

I first bought their products at York Chocolate Festival 2025. Everything we bought was amazing. 1tsp of the ghost chilli chutney lifts any dish you add it to, and added to yoghurt makes a great marinade for meat.
The communication with the team when making an enquiry through Facebook was quick and friendly.
Delivery was quick and the packaging of the products was very impressive. Each item was individually wrapped and securely packed together.

Highly recommend.

We discovered The Chilli Jam Man at York Christmas Market many years ago.

Love the products ... there is something for everyone. Personally I favour the Mild Smoky or Simmering Smoky.

Past online orders have been entirely straightforward (free postage on larger orders too)!

Slight technical hitch on this week's order, some of which wasn't in the box. I fed back and got a reply and apology within 24 hours. The Chilli Jam himself was keen to put things right, and I was able to collect the remaining items today from Scarborough Food Festival, neatly packaged up in a tote bag.

As I say ... great product, I'm already hooked! It is sometimes said though that putting things right brilliantly earns even greater brand loyalty than when everything runs smoothly. The Chilli Jam Man earns his spurs on both counts.

I’ve just finished the Yorkshire Wolds Chilli Jam and absolutely loved it – great balance of sweetness and heat without overpowering anything.

The Jamonnaise was a really nice surprise too. I’ve enjoyed it so far and I’m still yet to try it stirred through pasta as recommended, which I’m looking forward to.

Only the Chilli & Garlic one left to try now!

So happy that you got some more mango bhutney back in stock, after my son’s gf picked some up at a market in York and gave it to me as a present but it was soon gone! So I had to order a 6 pack and also treat myself to some lime tickle and smokey chilli jam too. Delicious with all kinds of curries and also cheeses too! Delivery swift and pain free, perfect!

Absolutely the kindest, most helpful and hands down best Chilli Jam Sorcerer/Wizzard/Alchemist Chef. You can taste the motto of "boring food brilliant". I am running out of ideas how to incorporate the products. From boiling rice in rice cooker with a hint of Scotch Bonnet, glazing gammon with Hot Honey, to topping a hot-dog with Jamonnaise. I dare you, try it yourself.
