Experience unique ways to relax. Our mission is to help make sound healing, forest bathing and other ancient holistic practices mainstream, so they can enhance and support people's mental wellbeing and creativity. We host immersive events both virtually and in person to connect people with their intuition and purpose by creating a space to pause, be calm and connection to your inner self. We use a range of techniques including sound spas, gong baths, coaching, rituals, cocoa ceremonies, creative visualisation, flower remedies, mindfulness and forest bathing.

The sound spa was very relaxing with a variety of sounds to enjoy. Gentle lighting and lovely scents in the hall made it a great experience.

An absolutely magical evening of sound and stillness. The gongs and singing bowls were mesmerising, and I left feeling completely relaxed and recharged. It’s not my first time, I’ve been attending for a few years now. It’s always brilliantly organised with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend

An absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The Chiltern Sound Spa is such a special place to switch off, slow down and completely reset.
Deborah is fantastic at creating a warm, welcoming and peaceful environment where you immediately feel at ease. Her passion, knowledge and genuine care really shine through, and you can tell how much thought goes into every session.
The combination of the beautiful sounds, guided meditation and calming atmosphere makes it so much more than simply an evening of relaxation, you leave feeling lighter, calmer and genuinely restored.
I would wholeheartedly recommend The Chiltern Sound Spa to anyone who feels they need some time for themselves, whether you're completely new to sound baths or already love them. Deborah has created something really special, and I’m so glad I discovered it.
Thank you, Deborah, for creating such a beautiful space and such a lovely experience. I’ll definitely be back.

Unfortunately the voice sound was just…
Unfortunately the voice sound was just too quiet for me to hear - I was at one far end of the room. I could here the sounds but not the speaker's voice. Also there was a bit of issue with the parking as the car park was full and the car park opposite didn't (at least that night) couldn't accept payment by phone or credit card - so I arrived barely in time and a bit stressed!

Thank you for the detailed feedback; it's genuinely useful, and I want to respond to both points directly.
On the volume: I'm sorry you missed parts of the session from the back of the room. I'll be checking more carefully that sound reaches the whole space going forward. I'd also really welcome you flagging it to me in the moment as I'm walking around. If this ever happens again, I'm always happy to adjust on the spot, and I'd rather know straight away than find out afterwards when nothing can be done about it.
On the parking: I'm sorry it added stress before the session even started. The main car park is first-come, first-served, so it can fill up on busy nights. Unfortunately, one of the alternative car parks wasn't accepting phone or card payments that evening either, which was outside our control.
I'd like the chance to have you back for a session where the sound reaches you properly, let me know if you'd like to join again.

Super relaxing experience
Super relaxing experience, with a guided meditation. It is always a really well thought-out experience in a great setting. I was on the fence to be honest, but Deborah always makes sure to connect and put you at ease. Highly recommend!
