AVOID Nicole’s Coastal Boutique (Nantucket)
This review is about an online company called Nicole’s Coastal Boutique (Nantucket). BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT CONFUSE THEM WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY WITH A SIMILAR NAME. Their advertising suggests that they are a boutique in Nantucket. They are not. Their website is well designed, but do not be fooled. In reality, this is a sham. They are most probably shipping directly from China and have long waiting times. Their customer service emails are sugary and sweet and obviously written by an AI tool. I am still waiting for my clothes, which I suspect will be cheap versions of the lovely clothes displayed on their web site.

Hi Catherine, Unfortunately this review has been posted for the wrong company. The coastal boutique is based in Honiton in Devon UK, and we have no affiliation with any other company. We have been made aware of these "fake" companies using a similar name, but if possible, please remove post as its nothing to do with us.

Apologies your have had a bad experience but it looks like you have the wrong company. I have taken a look and I cant see an order that we sent.
We only sell linen and cotton dresses and we ship everything from our shop in Honiton, Devon.
If you could correct the post, it would be very much appreciated.

Horrible Customer Service
Horrible Customer Service. I accidentally ordered 2 pieces of jewelry and immediately contacted customer service (Mary, sister of owner) and was told she would take care of it, long story short, she did not and ended up erasing all communication we had had. I have ordered thousands of dollars from CB, and was a loyal customer until this point. Will shop elsewhere from now on.

Many thanks for your review but I think you may have gotten the wrong coastal boutique. We are based in Honiton, Devon in the United Kingdom and I don't have a sister called Mary.
I'm sorry you have had a bad experience with shopping online, especially when an error such as duplicating an order can easily be fixed.
