Hi Joanne,
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear you're disappointed with your first order. As the item was purchased during our clearance sale, we unfortunately don’t offer returns on clearance items, but please do reach out to us at sales@thecomfyclothingwardrobe.co.uk, and we’ll do our best to find a resolution for you.
Regarding sizing, the lovely Liz, a curvy model who is a size 18/20, is modeling this dress. We agreed to list the item as fitting sizes 18 up to 24/26. However, as this is a one-size item, it can fit differently for others.
We always aim to go above and beyond for our customers, so please get in touch and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Best regards, Lisa
