While I can’t speak for an order actually being placed and fulfilled, the refund process once you request one is comically bad. Communication with the shop is slow and mediocre, after I placed my order it took almost a week to get an email to explain the free people product was part of a bulk order that could take weeks to deliver and I was offered a refund. First, you’re told there’s a $5 fee for requesting the refund, fine. Then I was told it would take 1-14 days for the refund to post back to my CC and that the refund for shipping would be separate. Got an email on the 14th day for only the item, not the shipping. The email says it will take another 3-10 days to show up on my credit card. 4 days on and still no refund for any portion of my order. It has been over a month. Maybe if you order and get your items everything is smooth but absolutely do not order anything FP from the is establishment. I was asked not to initiate a return with my credit card for the item however at this point I probably will. Some kind of scam going on for sure. I have never dealt with a small business who handled refunds this way and it appears I’m not the only one.

Do not order!! Either fake storefront or extremely poor management. I ordered two business and pleasure chairs on June 17th with expedited shipping ($30) so they’d be here before the 4th of July. They were nearly $400 total. I received a confirmation email via Shopify but that was it. Once the 4th was approaching and I had still not received shipping information I reached out and a yahoo email responded (Shalayahbritton) stating they did not have the color inventory for what I had purchased and they had emailed me asking if I wanted one of the chairs to be a different color- they then sent my email and it had an extra number in it. At this point it was the second week of July and I was getting sketch vibes and wanted a full refund. I just received a partial refund for $170.10 on July 29th. I am still out $196 and it’s been nearly 2 months later….. going to have to open up a fraudulent charge at this point with my credit card. Save yourself the headache and don’t buy from this shop.

I’ve placed multiple orders with this store, and I’ve especially enjoyed using their custom order section because it means I don’t have to pay duties.

What really stands out to me is how upfront and honest they are from the start. They explain everything clearly, and they even gave me options—including the ability to request a refund if I didn’t feel comfortable. They also walk you through the information they need, which made me feel a lot more secure about the whole process.

Shipping has been great too. My items have arrived quickly, and they were sent from their store with a tracking number within a reasonable timeframe. There was one time my shipment was delayed, and they handled it really well by offering different options. I decided to wait, but in the end they refunded me because they have a policy that protects customers—and I really appreciate that.

Overall, they feel like a genuine small business that truly cares about their customers.

Very bad communication and extremely long wait times on orders. Been waiting 6 weeks for a pair of jeans
