This company is a scam. I contracted with them for a logo and then a website. They then talked me into getting a trademark. They kept asking me for more and more money, but did not process the trademark application. They also kept asking for more money. I asked for a refund, which they promised but never delivered. They then sold my domain name to a third party who used it to post a website about killing dogs using my personal information, and is asking me for $1,650 to buy back my domain name. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and to the FBI

I have been with them for over 2 years. Whenever I call to get something updated on my website, they conveniently realize a security update is required that same day. I have spent over $7500 for a website that they do not update correctly and ask for more money. They are now withholding my website and domain that I own from me.
