I was really nervous at first, speaking with total strangers about my financial status and giving out my persona information. However, Melanie Disler walked me slowly through it and along the way was knowledgeable, courteous and reassuring. All staff were courteous and…
All staff were courteous and knowledgable. They were prompt in their responses and made me feel relieved throughout the process. I was not relieved in the sense of being conned as I felt I was being “handled” with other companies, they felt like car salesmen. I felt like I was genuinely getting assistance with this company.
