The Decor Brand Avis 

Absolutely crap products. We purchased two utensil holders. Cheap Chinese packaging and product. And I spent $70. So disappointed. I thought I was ordered good quality from an Australia reputable company. Crap 💩

Just received my new wall clock from this company. Didn't want long on delivery, clock is exactly how it is in pic. I love it. Thank you so much the decor house

Do not buy from here! Products are not as described & impossible to obtain a refund.

After major delays I finally received a clock which cost £90. It looks nothing like the photo, shocking paintwork, it’s an overpriced & cheap looking clock shipped from china. Company wouldn’t refund! Avoid

I ordered a balloon dog two weeks ago and have been tracking it. It’s not even out for delivery. I was going to see what the quality of it was and order some for my family. At this rate it wouldn’t be in time for Christmas. I wouldn’t bother with this company again and definitely isn’t being posted from the UK. I have seen these in the shops so will buy from them.

Dreadful. Clearly they are getting a lot of complaints as they have a pretty defensive refund policy on their site.

I foolishly assumed the goods were shipping from the Uk as they are called The Decor House UK, and would be delivered within a day or two. 2 weeks later and many customs clearance updates later and they finally made it.

The event I needed them for has long past.

Ordered an item and scheduled it to be returned via email with someone called Sebastian Cis, my item has since then (almost 2 months ago) been picked up and I have not received my refund. My emails are all being ignored and I can assure this company that I will not be resting until I get my refund back or someone will be held accountable.

Ordered a dressing table,it arrived badly damaged,had to re package for collection...when the second one arrived it was also badly damaged however I had thrown the packaging outside as it was the day the refuse men were coming and they took the cardboard away.
I emailed Sebastian and explained that I was shielding and also had disabilities and I couldn’t leave my home to buy new packaging.He then told me I just had to find packaging and if I stopped my credit card payment they would take me to court.(which would be difficult as I can’t leave my home)

Refund finally given. Horrible experience. Suggest people pay with their credit card as PayPal are of zero help

Item delivered was damaged looks like a customer return. Despite agreeing to a full refund and even sending one via PayPal they cancelled it and now refuse to acknowledge my emails.

Incredibly helpful and really fast at responding to any queries. Would recommend them to anybody looking for lovely furniture that they can’t find on the high street.

I can highly recommend The Decor Brand. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I feel they went the extra mile to help with delivery, and kept me updated all the way. The item itself was great, such high quality furniture, really pleased with it.. I will certainly be buying from here again. 5 *

I have no idea why Decor Brand want a review (after 4 requests) as the item we ordered was out of stock, but I must say a refund was issued promptly.

Very pleased with bookshelf- item arrived promptly, well wrapped to avoid damage and very helpful delivery men who removed packaging.

I ordered a rug but received the wrong one. I emailed them and customer services got back to me straight away and arranged a DHL collection for the rug and then sent me the correct one. Would use again!

Lack of good communication regarding when a delivery would be happening began to get concerned. But, finally, had emails confirming delivery which proceeded efficiently. The quality of display cabinet is not as good as it should be for the price.
I have tried to get in touch as the door to the cabinet will not shut at the top.
Please get in touch with me to let me know how this problem can be sorted ASAP.

The staff dealing with my situation were helpfull polite and did everything to resolve the situation ,they were very polite at all times and did everything to resolve it ,was happy with the end results .

I recommend this company for their high quality finish furniture, excellent customer service and very quick delivery. We are so pleased with our purchases.
