This company is pathetic! They put me on subscription which I never authorized and charged me
For the 2nd one and I cancelled and asked for refund. So I have been going round and round with this awful company saying I never got a refund and my bank said there is no refund to be seen and they will not acknowledge it. All they say “is thank you but we have refund refunded you.” is there anywhere I can go to really get a refund. I’m at a loss.

Ordered it twice - separate months and discovered they put me on a subscription… emailed them Wednesday to decline/ object as I didn’t authorize this - was ASSURED account was taken care of and my money was actually refunded. Now today product was delivered and charges reapplied. Product is good truly but buyer beware they put you on a subscription and do NOT listen. Reported fraud this morning. Shame on this company- take a good product but then just rip OFF customers- ya gotta be pretty stupid to have no mechanism for LISTENING to your customers… THIS is what will kill your Brand - greed and stupidity

Overpriced and honestly underwhelming. The packaging is excessive, the bottle is not recyclable, and every order came with yet another stainless steel shot cup, I do not need a collection. I drank it daily for over two months and noticed zero difference in how I felt. Also, be aware the return policy is unreasonable.

I just ordered the Special! Quite a few family and friends have already bought this coffee! They have raved about how great it's made them feel and this is without exercise! It is October 21, 2025, I will probably get it in the mail in a few days and we will have a fun time checking it out!! YUMMY!!
Can't wait to leave an awesome review in about a week and everyone can buy this great special price and try this themselves! I couldn't believe what I was hearing.......a company giving away several products with the coffee! I am excited about trying something that is going to allow me to remember what I went in the kitchen for!!! Virkelig god kundeservice

I do t know maybe I have a sensitive stomach but the day after having a bottle of DOSE. I couldn’t get off the toilet. I had very bad stomach cramps. Wish my stomach could handle it but I need to walk out of my house. Hopefully I won’t have a problem with the return. I will keep updated

I didn't get my order. It got stuck in customs. I was offered to have a new product reshipped if I would pay the shipping again. I chose the refund.

Tried to cancel my order, was told to reject it upon delivery…package was taken by costums… now im charged with criminal narcotic charges…. Not a great Day for me.. hope others are more lucky 😊 maybe a Warming to other costumers from Denmark 🙂
