After reviewing your order, we confirmed that all required instructions were sent immediately after purchase. These instructions explain that a custom tune file must be created based on your vehicle information before installation.
At that time, we did not receive the necessary vehicle details, and there was no prior contact requesting assistance before installation was attempted. As a result, the tuner was used without the required custom file.
The first communication we received was later from your mechanic, who correctly noted that the tuner did not yet contain a tune file. We promptly resent the request for vehicle data, received the required information, and delivered the correct tune file within a few hours.
We also verified that all parts supplied with your order match your vehicle specifications based on the VIN provided. Everything on our end was confirmed to be correct.
We understand how frustrating this situation can be and are always here to help. If you still need any assistance with setup or have any questions, please feel free to reach out directly.

Parts were delivered in a very timely manner. The tunes loaded in the Auto Agent when I set up the account, though I had it several days before the opportunity arose to set it up. Tune load was easy and straightforward. Hard parts fit as expected. The exhaust, well it was exhaust work but much better than some experiences I had decades ago. I spent about 12 hours total, but in my drive way and I am a beat up 64 year old. Truck runs well, although I will likely keep it on setting one. Get the trans tune, as the tranny shifts much better. Customer service was very responsive to my questions, all before I started the job.

The product was as advertised. All parts arrived in a timely manner. The hardest part was removing the old exhaust due to some minor rust issues. Would suggest adding instruction on what electical connections to disconnect if deleting egr valve but chosing not to remove the assembly. Highly recommend your product to anyone who wants to delete their truck.

they are great they help me through the whole process …
they are great they help me through the process plus I had to send my computer box back and they fixed the problem I was having on a shifting issue all I can say is it was worth it more power no throttle lag and great fuel millage pulling a trailer went from 21 to 27 and the torque is great no complaints about they are the only ones that had the exhaust delete kit glad I did it thanks

Tuner came quickly. Tune did not.
Tuner came quickly. The tune did not. Needed to send them the tuner serial number after tuner arrived to get tune. They told me that could take up to 7 days. Tune arrived after 5 days and came in the wrong format. After multiple attempts and another 5 days still no response from them on a path forward.

Your order was placed during the Christmas and New Year holiday period, when our technical team is on vacation. After receiving your tuner, you sent us the serial number on Friday, and the tune file was ready and delivered to you on Tuesday. Our team’s working hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM PST.
The file you received was in CTZ format, which is our standard delivery format. To load the tune into your tuner, it needs to be converted to BBX format. All customers receive the same format, along with detailed video instructions. In particular, the video titled “EFI Live – Loading a File” provides step-by-step guidance on how to convert a CTZ file into a BBX file.
Your issue with tune file occurred on December 24, during our team’s holiday break. Our technical team returned on January 5, and we are happy to provide you with direct contact so they can assist you personally and ensure your tune file is correctly loaded.

Absolutely garbage! Please don't buy! Tuning is trash. Customer support is trash. And u can't leave a bad review on their site. Send the wrong pipe u order. Their tuning is not good. Just a junk company. They will not back you either.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience - our goal is always to make sure every customer receives the correct parts and fully working tuning files.
We tried multiple times to reach you to resolve both issues. For the TCM tune, the file was created based on the serial number provided to us. When the system reported an incorrect TCM number, we requested the correct one several times so our technical team could immediately regenerate the file, but we never received it.
For the exhaust, we also requested additional photos of the full exhaust kit so we could confirm the problem and ship a replacement immediately. Unfortunately, these required photos were never provided.
We’re always happy to fix any problem, we just need the required information in order to do so.
Please contact us at order@thedpfdelete.com with the correct TCM serial number and photos of the exhaust you received, and we will resolve this promptly.

I'm in Cali, lots of hills,my Duramax always struggled with the trailer. Slapped the full kit on, whole ride different. Temps down, spool faster, and throttle don't lag. Sound is better too, not loud just clean. Took me about a day in the driveway, neighbor came by thought I bought a new truck lol.
