Good discussion before my order, including options which made things easier and cheaper.
Work scheduled quickly. Started and finished on time. Minimal disruption (I was working from home).
All seems ok.

We had a new fuseboard installed. They provided an excellent service, explained any issues they had and did a brilliant job of tidying up the mess that was our previous consumer unit. All work was carried out to a high standard and was very fairly priced. I would definitely recommend and we are getting them back to fit new lights around the house.

Calon Cafe/Bar were looking to upgrade our main lighting throughout our kitchen and main seeting area we approached the Electrical Group to do this the quote was very competitive and the work undertaken was at a very high standard also the work was done without us having to be onsite lighting looks great no mess to clean up and we have a more efficent lighting system which comes with a great guarantee we will be using them again for future projects

First class! Have no hesitation in giving Theelectricalgroup a call. We had a lot of electrical work to do: a major change in our central and water heating systems; broken fittings; new installations and outside sockets, exterior lighting; interior spotlights, including large sheds and dimly lit areas which have never been so bright. Craig was brilliant, despite having many queries he remained patient, courteous and answered a never ending stream of questions. He came up with very practical solutions, rewired, put in a new fuse box and even changed our hot water system and showers with the help of colleagues. He was here for over a week (a lot of work was carried out) and was always punctual, worked long hours, was very fair with his pricing and he even cleaned up afterwards. A very knowledgeable person, who wanted to get everything right and completed to our total satisfaction. I cannot praise him enough. All the work is guaranteed and despite this being major work in our case, it all went extremely well and any glitches were rapidly overcome and not down to Craig! Considering we have 'switched' from very traditional solid fuel heating to the latest infrared, LED and energy saving (green) technologies, this is nothing short of astounding. Everything was explained along the way in a non-pushy, commonsense way. Given all the restrictions of COVID we were completely at ease with his working practices and ethics. He was always cheerful as well. Whilst I will have to wait until colder weather to add more comments about the heating system itself, on our initial 'tryout' it was incredible. The hot water and new lights are all a triumph! Craig is very professional, works hard and diligently and knows his stuff! 10/10

Once we decided to change over to infrared panel heaters we contacted The Electricity Group. Craig came out, measured up and explained the different options. A quotation followed very quickly, which we accepted. A date for installation was agreed and he arrived exactly on time. The first thing he did was lay some protective covering on the carpets and throughout the installation mess was kept to an absolute minimum. The panels were fitted to the ceiling in all our rooms and this was accomplished with the minimum of fuss. Sadly one of the panels had been damaged in transit but Craig sorted this out and it did not effect the timing of the installation. The whole installation was carried out in a very organised way and importantly at cost despite unforeseen complications. I can't say anything about how effective the new heating will be at this stage as the weather has been warm but the way in which it was installed was excellent. As well as installing the new system Craig arranged for the old rayburn and radiators to be removed and a new unvented water heater to be installed. This was carried out by his colleagues very efficiently and this works very well. I can fully recommend Craig for any electrical work. He is very efficient, professional and offers a very friendly service. He is genuinely interested in all aspects of electrical work and it was a pleasure to witness the rapid transformation of our living space.
