Can’t speak highly enough of the Electric Blind Company. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with both times we’ve have used them - prompt and professional. Jack the fitter was very knowledgeable and meticulous in getting the fitting just right, and navigating our unusual window spaces. The blinds are good quality and look great. Would definitely use again if we need more electric blinds.

Our second phase of blinds (to fully complete all of the windows at our remodelled home) were recently installed by the excellent polite, tidy and extremely conscientious fitter to the highest of standards.
Ahead of this the office team (with the fitters help I have to say) were able to find solutions for some very large "oversized" applications avoiding multiple blinds in two feature windows which others had failed to be able to offer with superb results!
So with many thanks to the team, we would have no hesitation in making future recommendations.

We have just had a blind for our bifold doors installed. I have been very impressed, the product is of very high quality and fits perfectly.

The experience from showing interest via an online form, to installation was fantastic. They were very clear and upfront with prices and the products before they measured up.

When they came to measure / design they were not pushy or have salespeople trying to upsell things. Although gave us great advice regarding materials.

The Install was super quick, the installer tidy and super friendly.

A delight to work with from initial phone contact to our blinds being fitted. The office staff were friendly, efficient and informative and Jack came out, did the survey and returned to fit our two blinds. He was careful, did a great job and explained everything clearly. This is an excellent company - we are delighted with our project’s outcome. Fantastic customer service throughout, fuss-free installation and an elegant end result across a variety of different windows and doors.

From initial quote through to survey and installation, all members of the team who we spoke to were courteous and efficient. Throughout the project, there was a genuine sense of care from the whole team and a palpable desire to do a good job - I have no doubt that you will feel this too.

We ordered a range of blinds for a number of openings including a bay window, two garden-facing crittal doors and a skylight. Their range of colours and types of blind (blackout or translucent) is excellent (if perhaps offering too much choice!) and all our blinds look fantastic.

We had Jack working on our installs - he is extremely professional, clearly cares about the finished product and provides a great service. A seriously pleasant guy who you can trust in your home. We also had another team come to install the skylight who I cannot fault.

In our communication with the company, Dawn, Gemma and Chris were extremely efficient, clear and a pleasure to liaise with throughout.
