The Elevate Yoga Avis 

I was reluctant to join an online yoga class but my first group class with yoga teacher Nidhi was amazing. Smaller groups and so much attention to each individual. I liked it so much that I signed up for the personal classes. Nidhi is amazing - kind, patient and calm. Elevate has great teachers - I wouldn’t think twice before signing up with them.

So honestly ,i think you all are the best teachers online .
The exercises are close to perfect for me ! Just what I was looking for.

I have been doing Yoga with Elevate for more than 2 months now. Both the teachers Pratiksha and Nidhi are expert instructors with deep knowledge of yoga poses. I tried several other online yoga classes but was never happy. However after joining Elevate I am feeling very different. The way Pratiksha and Nidhi pay attention to each and every posture is really great. They are genuine in their role as instructor. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an online yoga class

Yoga Teacher : Pratiksha excellent knowledge of Yoga and make my position correction. Beauty of this Session is that not too much crowd and effectively view on every class members (No. 3-4).

Absolutely a refresher from all formats because here the instructor doesnt have to look into so many participants. I hope that doesnt change.

I suffer from PCOD and have been struggling with irregular periods. Yoga helped me tremendously with this problem. But I couldn't attend in-person classes after moving to USA.
