And they looked after my bottle in a bonded warehouse for a number of months prior to the birthday surprise.

Brilliant advice and Service.
Reached out to Nick last year whilst looking for a special bottle of bubbles for my wife's 50th Birthday.
Nick was very knowledgeable and very helpful in getting me sorted. He even offered to store the bottle until I needed it at the end of February 2026. I am looking forward to handing this over to my wife in early March and for us to crack this beauty open.

Happy overall but 1 reservation
Happy with overall service for sending gift to UK Address, but can't understand why I am charged additional £5.26 "processing charge" when paying from UK Bank Account and by UK Debit Card just because my registered address is in Australia. There are no Bank charges made as a consequence so what's this for?
