Excelente, I love this product

I had some issues with an order that didn't arrive (still hasn't arrived) and you immediately resent my order. The fragrances that I have bought have all smelled amazing. Like that you have recipes that people can try. The only thing that I was disappointed in was I bought some jars and the lids were out of stock.

The scents from The Flaming Candle are always top notch. They are my go to for my wax melt business.

Fast shipping and amazing scents

First of all, the vials were packed great, no leakage like other suppliers. The scents I chose for my candles were top notch, as always. I get great response (and sales) on my candles that I sell at Farmer's Markets.

I just got my first order after exclusively using Candle Science, because FCC was cheaper. Three out of six bottles were significantly under-filled. No response to request for a partial refund, Candle Science would NEVER. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for, back to Candle Science! I’ve had leaky bottles from CS, gotten an immediate response and replacement. It’s not worth the savings if 1/3 of the product is missing!

I was honestly a little hesitant to place an order after everything surrounding the buyout, but I had a positive experience overall. My package took a little longer than expected to arrive due to shipping time outside of their control. That said, everything arrived fully intact with no leaks or damage, and the fragrance oils smell great. I’m very happy with the products I received.
