The flowers received were not very full and would resemble a bunch of flowers that you would buy in a local supermarket for a fraction of the price. Quite disappointing

Same day delivery as my order
Same day delivery as my order. Never had that work before from other florists. My friend had just come out of hospital and beautiful flower bouquet delivered that evening made her day.

The bouquet was significantly smaller compared to the one shown in the photo
The flowers were delivered quickly, however, the bouquet was significantly smaller compared to the one shown in the photo. We were expecting a bouquet nearly twice the size, as the one in the picture had many more roses and other flowers. Additionally, the bouquets were delivered without any water, which is quite disappointing.

Same day. Delivery to my princess in Duljn. Fab flowers. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended. Excellent tracking.

My order was time sensitive
My order was time sensitive. The Flower Factory delivered to specifications and on time. The deliverer didn't just drive off, but kept trying to deliver, continuing to knock on the door until a certain sleeping birthday girl answered. Which I appreciate a lot, she was delighted!

Disappointed that the roses withered…
Disappointed that the roses withered before blooming/opening. Bouquet was a good size but when the withered roses were removed, it was out of balance.

Flower quality was great but got it pretty late. I wasn’t given the option to select preferred delivery time for Mother’s Day so got it late afternoon. Not great.

I was charged €4.99 for a card which…
I was charged €4.99 for a card which was just a piece of A4 paper and no envelope, very disappointing , I believe I wrote nice feed back explaining this to customer service , I got an email back today saying Hi there the card has been refunded , felt like poor customer service and I’d be hesitant to use the company again , just to be clear at no point was I looking for anything free

As per your email to ourselves we do believe that you were quite happy with the standard of flowers and the delivery service provided however you were displeased with the quality of the card along side the pricing.
Our team passed this message on and came to the conclusion that the best outcome was a subsequent refund of the card itself.
