I want to say a big thank you to the flower factory I got flowers and personalised cards for my own mother and for my partner the first personalised card I done a few photos with me and my mum at I put 1 photo ov my brother that passed away when wrote the message for my card I found it very touching that yous had put the message under his photo which was very heart touching I will continue to order flowers forever from yous after this thank you so much guys from my ❤️ 💙 💜

If you want damaged flowers late from a company that don’t answer the phone. Message spelled wrong, flowers in bits at top prices. Your better off walking to Dunnes than this place can’t even get flowers right.

The flowers were a day late
The flowers were a day late. Nobody contacted me to say they wouldn't be on time. I contacted then to see where they were and they blamed the courier. I requested a refund and it was denied. I will never use this company again. UPDATE - as requested by Ellen below I contacted them to resolve. They did nothing for me. Avoid this company.

THEY RANG ME IN AUSTRALIA TO SAY THAT THE CEMETARY WOULDN'T TAKE THE FLOWERS I HAD SENT FOR MY UNCLE'S FUNERAL AND ASKED FOR ANOTHER ADDRESS TO SEND THEM TO. I THOUGHT THAT WAS VERY CONSIDERATE OF THEM TO DO THAT.
