Had an issue with the delivery of my parcel and everything was handled so well. Quick, polite responses with a nothing is too much trouble attitude. I'll definitely be ordering again!

Having made an error I was able to contact the company and they kindly adjusted the order. This was done quickly and efficiently. I will certainly be using them again.

Cheese underweight and lots of rind, £7.50 delivery, was refunded £1.79! Had to re purchase and pay a further £7.50 delivery which took 6days. Worst customer service I've ever received!!!

An absolutely amazing company!!! Angie is a true angelic godsend of a lady!! She really is a master of her trade with fast replys and excellent communication! I went to order some products for my wedding with the unfortunate realisation that 2 of the items were currently unavailable, within less than 18 hours she informed the merchant and resolved it and informed me straight away. and The Food Market kindly obliged.Nowhere else was I able to purchase the dark chocolate ginger, which I received. This was a special gift for a special birthday
for a friend. The chocolates arrived on the stated date, and was well packaged and beautifully presented.
I would definitely deal with The Food Market again -
especially for dark chocolate ginger!

We ordered a specialist vinegar and the wrong one came, but after contacting Customer services they sorted out the problem with no bother or fuss so would use them again

Food market supplied out of date goods with a Best Before date 03-11-22, 4 months out of date.

Angie from customer services went over and above to ensure my wine delivery was sent promptly - would definitely recommend this service - good price and excellent service.

I cannot fault the customers service or product, however I would not have to contact CS unless one of the bottles got smashed in transit, I recieved a second box supplied foc, the same carboard box was used again with no padding, it's a miracle they survived intact

What a beautiful little cake! It arrived really quickly and in its own pretty tin which will be useful when this lovely cake is EATEN! its such a shame to eat it though.

I think my friend Linda who loves daffodils will shed some tears on her 80th birthday!
