I ordered a perfume from here that wasn’t really to my liking and it happens so I arranged for a return and they said I don’t need to return it and that they will refund me my full amount!! It is my first time shopping here, and because they were so nice I’m definitely coming back!!

Fantastic customer service! I ordered a Jo Malone dupe. Seemed good value for money, When it arrived I really disliked the smell - so much that I just wouldn't wear it - (all down to personal choice). I emailed them to ask for an exchange; which they offer on their website. I received a prompt reply offering a replacement at no extra cost, AND I don't need to return the unwanted bottle. How fantastic is that?!

I purchased the Jo Malone-inspired 128 Dark Amber & Ginger for my wife to prove that she didn’t need to pay for the original. Unfortunately, it didn’t smell like the real thing despite the claims. My wife’s comment was … Don’t worry, I can use it as a room spray.

The perfume & aftershave I bought smells exactly like the original. You’d never know it was a fraction of the price. Speedy delivery and great customer service. Will be buying again!

I bought the Jo Malone "inspired" the
128 Dark Amber & Ginger Lilly and the 962 Velvet Rose & Oud. Delivery was surprisingly quick and well packaged hence the 2 stars. The perfumes have absolutely nothing to do with Jo Malone, I have been using both of the original ones for years and thought I'd buy the "inspired" to layer with the originals or to use at work. They don’t smell bad but definitely not inspired by either. I will definitely not use them as a main perfume and will sadly not order from this shop again.

I only buy perfume from the Perfume co, because the perfume is so similar to the original.....I can't tell the difference.
And at such a reasonable price, I won't be going anywhere else 🙂
